先燒的黑毛霜降和牛入口牛味頗濃,咬落富肉汁,肉質咬落有嚼勁卻不韌;牛裡肌食落鬆化富肉汁,夠香口;青檸蒜味牛舌咬落爽口,不過蒜茸味不太明顯;牛肉方面味道整體都係唔錯的,醮上醬汁後更加惹味。

豚肉系點了鹿兒島煙燻黑豚、秘製赤豚肋骨、辛辣七味一口豚和極上黑豚肉等,雖然睇名稱好多都有經醃過,但其實食落都係無咩味道,感覺係醃得未夠入味,小妹食左少少就放棄,因為味道不吸引,豚肉類無令人想再叫多轉既感覺

壽司類分別點左黑椒蒜香和牛、汁燒帶子、鹽燒三文魚和醬燒蟹棒。味道正常,為一印象深刻既係黑椒蒜香和牛,入口黑椒味頗重,滿惹味的。
