鮨月喺灣仔星街,附近環境寧靜優美舒適,由金鐘地鐵站上太古廣場三座再搭扶手電梯上去,可以慳唔少腳骨力。被安排坐吧枱,可以靜靜欣賞師傅的手勢,係食Omakase嘅最高享受!頭盤櫻花蝦配上的鮟鱇魚肝,倍添美味!炸沢蟹仔卜卜脆,好睇好食!姬鯛魚簿切配上特製的酸汁,正好幫我喚醒味蕾!厚岸蠔配海葡萄蠔已加入適量的檸檬汁作調味,蠔身肥大多汁,質地極度綿滑,味道鮮美。粒貝入口爽甜,師傅現磨了一些喜瑪拉雅山的粉紅岩鹽上去,更帶出了粒貝的鮮味!吞拿魚赤身口味清爽,油脂雖少,但能確切感受到呑拿魚的味道,係我喺香港食過最好味嘅赤身!炙燒中拖羅加入適量芝麻再輕輕燒過,更為香口,入口油香爆發,正到爆炸!冰頭漬三文魚頭軟骨醃漬,片片晶瑩剔透,酸甜爽口,兩三下手勢就清晒!魴鮄壽司肉質比較結實,而且味道清甜,配上柚子胡椒,增添了惹味的感覺!赤伊佐木壽司師傅細心地在魚身上𠝹花,魚肉鮮甜彈牙!鰆壽司上面有少量煮過的紫菜,再用火輕輕炙過。口感柔軟細滑,魚香濃郁!筋子赤蝦壽司份量勁到已經見唔到舊壽司飯!筋子粒粒都很飽滿,味道香甜可口!赤蝦肉厚甘甜,兩者配合相宜,鮮甜味在口腔內持續爆發,大滿足!大拖羅壽司極為肥美而且冇筋,魚身滿
