個人特別推介這款牛白肉,位於牛胸下、接近橫膈膜的軟骨位,肋骨上的一塊筋膜肌肉,含豐富骨膠原,而且每隻牛只有一塊,十分珍貴。質感爽脆,帶點煙韌,用來打邊爐食落似脂肪般油口,但並不油膩。

還有牛柳粒,平時總覺難於煮理,不是未熟便是過熟,而這裡的牛柳粒好像份外淋身,肉味又香又美味。

打邊爐丸丸及餃子當然不可少,店子自製三色墨魚丸分別是鹹蛋黃、黑松露及蟹子口味,各有特色,爽口彈牙,尤其鹹蛋黃帶點鹹香,相當獨特。

三色餃,顏色鮮艷令人賞心悅目,橙色的芝士鮮菌餃、黑色的黑松露長腳蟹餃而綠色是野生松茸餃,配搭同樣創新。而我只嚐了黑松露長腳蟹餃,蟹肉味鮮,唯黑松露已被其他食材蓋過,不太突出!

而我就揀選了這杯菠蘿味的鳯琉香,甫上桌,店員便即時在杯上注入氮氣,形成一個如琉璃球般夢幻的汽球,但汽球後快爆,並會散出輕煙,所以要影相就要把握時間喔!
