要是閣下喜歡內地的火鍋湯底味道，不如來這一間火鍋店，絕對能夠滿足你所謂的花膠雞湯底，一嚐就吃到是購入火鍋湯包再開出來，而且所謂的花膠也不花膠，連魚肚也不似，多喝無益。牛肉拼盤上的牛舌連解凍都未完成，連夾都夾不到，而且其他牛肉都充滿騷味，一睇顏色就不新鮮唯獨盤汁選擇都不錯，有獨家香油。我明白香港租金貴，人工貴，但要保持成本是不容易，但總會有一些客人是吃得出來，喝得出來，留不住的

所謂的花膠雞湯底，一嚐就吃到是購入火鍋湯包再開出來，而且所謂的花膠也不花膠，連魚肚也不似，多喝無益。
