日本餐總是吃不厭,尤其是廚師發板~~有驚喜又能品嘗最新鮮的魚生海鮮🥰最近喺銅鑼灣發現到一間高質素,價錢抵食👍🏻嘅Omakase 廚師發板~雲KUMO~($450)12 款美食+麵豉湯刺生:秋刀魚、拖羅、生蠔、帆立貝壽司:海膽、銀雪魚、吞拿魚面頰肉、深海池魚、鯖魚、赤貝、筋子手卷:吞拿魚腩所有魚生及海鮮非常新鮮,帆立貝好大粒而且鮮甜美味啖啖肉🤣;拖羅魚油味濃,相當肥美。 踏入秋季,食鮮甜肥美的秋刀魚就最適合😋海膽份量好多;赤貝肉厚,師傅仲切到好似識飛咁😍;銀雪魚、吞拿魚面頰肉及深海池魚都比較少食到架! 忍唔住要讚下筋子壽司,我從來未食過咁好食嘅魚籽,每一粒脹卜卜,味道超正🤩,回味無窮♾餐廳好光亮整潔,而且所有座位都面對廚師。座位有限,想食好嘢就要耐心等等🤗
