是日同朋友黎到太和覓食,聽聞呢到有間隱世鐵板燒唔錯,於是今日放假黎一試。 餐廳有3個set,我地揀左入門八道菜廚師發辦套餐$688。 沙律:前菜係煙三文魚包住啲沙律菜,側邊有蕃茄作伴碟,底部有黑醋汁,食材新鮮,賣相亦特別。 前菜:Parma Ham配新鮮菠蘿及柚子醬。 生蠔:有六隻,非常新鮮,完全冇腥味,連平時唔食生蠔嘅我都食咗三隻。 鐵板海鮮兩品:牛油燒扇貝及蒜蓉鮑魚,鮑魚彈牙,肉質新鮮,扇貝多汁鮮味。另外一碟係煎生蠔仔及魚柳,同樣美味。 鐵板肉類一品:牛柳及豬柳,估唔到豬柳燒完肉質都淋軟。而牛柳揀咗七成熟,側邊伴碟有烤蒜片,蘑菇既製作亦非常用心。 炒飯:炒飯材料包括紅蘿蔔粒,蔥花及煎蛋,蛋煎到燶邊,非常有口感。 湯:味噌湯,味道濃郁,正常發揮。 另外仲叫左2杯啤酒,埋單共$1600左右。
