💖 Testina (中環)✨中環擺花街8號3樓〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰呢一間餐廳都係我自己book mark左有一段長時間，終於有機會試下😽"Pollo alla Diavola" Spicy Chicken on the Bone, Seasonal Vegetables呢一份烤雞非常惹味😍食到我同朋友都舔舔脷🤤我最鍾意佢哋嘅雞肉大少少香辣嘅味道🤩識落口又唔會太鞋👍🏻"Testina" Pig's Head & Salsa Verde係我最鍾意嘅醬💚，聽聞呢一道菜係佢哋嘅signature嚟㗎😝你都可以話係必點。豬肉又香又juicy，肉汁豐富，肉質軟腍，我自己覺得食落一啲都唔覺得好肥膩，真係幾唔錯😚"Lingua Tonnata", Veal Tongue, Tonnata Sauce 呢一個係慢煮牛舌片🤤，真係勁好味。因切成薄片之後仲要經過慢煮呢一個烹調方法令到牛舌更加爽口。食到滿滿嘅牛香😳，上面仲配埋其他醬汁令到味道更加豐富，我最鍾意嘅就更加係佢哋嘅特製嘅吞拿魚蛋黃醬❣題外話佢哋個麵包籃真係巨好味🤤，有番茄香草意大利包、酸種麵包、同埋麵包脆條😍啱晒我呢啲苞米，佢哋嘅麵
