To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彩福皇宴的沙田石門分店為此區增添一點色彩,我亦相信其絕對是區內的最佳酒家,無論是午市點心或晚市小菜,均達一定水準。旋風黃金流沙包 ($30): 其中一款店方得獎點心,其「蚊香娃」造型奪目,內裡的金沙醬非常流沙,就算mass production都能做到隻隻流沙,蛋黃味香,非常好食,比人人爭相購買的流沙奶皇月餅好吃得多,划算得多。沙薑大雞腳 ($44): 擺碟精美,雖名為「大雞腳」,但與一般鳳爪的尺寸無異,其實更好,吃起來更方便。雞腳軟腍,不黏雞骨也不黏牙,沙薑醬是標準的味道。椒鹽魷魚鬚 ($42): 炸粉不厚,很有酥香鬆化的感覺,但炸油該是使用了一段時間,使其製品色澤稍深,扣少許少分。魷魚鬚相當彈牙,無論是味道或是質點也取得不錯的balance,而且份量多,值得一試。蝦餃皇 ($35/特點): 皮薄不黏口,蝦餃皮已能得知其質素,而且每粒都有兩件蝦肉,新鮮甜美,肉質爽口彈牙。
