表面有一層好厚嘅焦糖,好脆口,但略嫌偏厚過甜;千層酥好脆口,有牛油香,而且唔油膩;內餡有滿滿嘅芒果粒同芝士蛋糕,雖然話係cheesecake,但佢係流心嘅,係流心版嘅Crème Burlee,味道酸酸地,可以平衡返焦糖脆面嘅甜度。

呢個係Bakehouse 6週年限定嘅新品,只限1月係灣仔本店先有,雖則話每日2點出爐,限50個,但今次我哋係平日下午3點左右都遇到佢啱啱再出爐,好好彩。
呢個Mango Brûlée Cheesecake Danish唔係唔好食,係定價太高,性價比極低,如果佢賣$58,我可能會再買嚟食,但$88真的不了,我都係食返佢$12嘅Sourdough Egg Tart就夠了🤣
