風和日麗的星期六下午,來到了沙田帝逸酒店28樓的源峰吃個lunch。這家餐廳我没來過,但朋友和她男友來食過晚餐,感覺良好,所以相約再食個靚Lunch。餐廳景觀開揚,能飽覽城門河景和沙田美景。在藍天的日子來,美景令人心情舒暢。裝修設計古樸典雅,天花是雕花木,枱櫈也是全木。疫情期間,餐廳做足防疫措施,餐枱相隔固定距離,吧枱位也圍上膠板。我們被安排在廂房內,房內的雕木屏風很古色古香。Set lunch接近20款,在好天氣當前,當然要食好一點點,來個廚師發板。刺身環節之前,先來個開胃前菜櫻花蝦沙律。刺身三點,有鯖魚、拖羅和牡丹蝦,口感鮮味,放在色彩斑斕的碟上上枱,再放上鮮花,賞心悅目。白松露蒸蛋夠熱也夠水嫩,松露味道濃郁。燒吞拿魚和天婦羅和牛緊接而上。新鮮熱辣,和牛紫蘇葉包著,炸得香脆鬆化。炸粉好輕身,食落毫無厚重感,連一旁的番薯和紫菜都十分香口,不油膩。壽司環節先來了味道較淡的帶子、金目鯛和大蝦,放在天藍色的碟上,好靚!帶子、金目鯛鮮甜肥美,大蝦啖啖肉。再來是煙燻鮫魚、深海池魚、拖羅。三者魚味較濃,肉質結實鮮嫩而富魚香。尤愛拖羅那豐滿的油香,在舌尖上久久不散。白蝦海膽三文魚子杯很討人歡喜,三

白蝦海膽三文魚子杯很討人歡喜,三文魚子卜卜脆,海膽嫩滑。白蝦甜美,加上魚子醬調味令三者更鮮,是鮮甜味美的配搭!食完再飲返一碗熱辣辣的麵豉湯作結,暖胃又暖心。
