上次同媽咪食過,覺得一般般,今日去元朗拜年,又再經過呢間,由於有老人家同行外出食飯,所以揀呢間,貪佢夠就腳。上到去發現裝修好咗,店員服務改善咗好多,有返啲笑容,在店員推介下叫咗幾個小菜試試。今次啲野食味道進步咗,特別推薦菠蘿咕嚕肉同龍蝦煎麵,菠蘿新鮮,唔是罐頭菠蘿,龍蝦肉厚、彈牙,公公食完之後話間野好過大型連鎖酒樓,仲大讚野食份量十足,值得光顧。可能轉咗廚師,啲質素真心高咗唔少,有機會嘅話再次光顧。 continue reading

一間隱藏係工廈既小廚,如果唔係行過見到大大張廣告,真係一世都唔會入去食飯。見天氣咁凍,梗係叫個羊腩煲暖下個身,估唔到咁大個煲都係199,仲要勁足料。羊腩炆得好入味,又軟冧,仲啖啖肉,真係大件夾抵食!同場加映菜乾白肺湯潤一潤佢,湯水清甜,一碗落肚個人暖哂,每人都飲到2,3碗!另外叫左個菠蘿咕嚕肉同黑椒薯仔牛柳粒。個咕嚕肉甜酸適中,肉質有咬口,配上新鮮菠蘿,真係惹味又醒胃!相比之下,個牛柳粒算無咁出色,不過都炒到好夠鑊氣,牛肉大舊得來都嫩口!成餐幾個人都食到抱住個肚好滿足,值得推介! continue reading
