几次路过,今天兴之所至来看看味道如何。我很喜欢猪肺,正好看见杏汁白肺汤是招牌,便点来一试。之前没喝过,但是里面的杏仁渣并没有过滤,喝起来十分影响口感。汤底也不够香滑,更不够浓郁,和颜色不是很相符,让人不由得怀疑是否加了奶。另加了份炒饭,味道也稀松平常,米饭不够干香没有鐹气,是我自己在家也可以做到的出品。买单时还有茶位费,总共二百三十多。完全不能理解在这个环境与出品,怎么会有如此高的价格。总之一句话,决不再来。 continue reading

是日二人晚飯預早訂咗羊腩煲,特色係有埋新鮮羊嘅內臟。個汁好鮮味,腐皮入味,筍係新鮮爽口,夾埋生菜撈白飯係唔錯。飯後有要埋老闆娘推薦嘅臭草綠豆沙,甜度適中,有起沙。埋單嘅時候,重點黎喇,800大元。。。。。雖則話係新鮮羊肉同內臟,但係肉臟得4 件,羊肉有啲鞋。真心想唔明到底羊腩煲有啲咩咁驚為天人,收得仲貴過佢好出名嘅糯米雞。俾完錢踏出個門口之後越諗越唔對路,本身都諗住下次試佢其他餸,諗諗下,Ok,永遠無下次,bye9byeP.s. 羊腩煲係預訂同off menu, 事前唔知咁貴,事後都無特別問。走時後番一枱客,唔知係咪幫人埋咗單P.s.2 唔識人,純粹試吓新野 continue reading

朋友話帶我哋去食超好味糯米雞,我仲諗住係荷葉包住嗰種,可以有幾神奇超好味呀但原來美味苑嘅糯米雞真係別有一番滋味!將成隻雞由入面拆骨,之後釀糯米入去之後再拎去炸到外皮超級香脆,真係名副其實既手工菜呀~雞皮又薄又香,配上嫩滑雞肉同埋濕潤既糯米飯,口感豐富超乎想像。燒汁鱔球既鱔肉勁厚身,但唔會乾柴。最緊要係少骨無泥味又唔腥小炒王好多料,夠香脆好送酒。大滿足之一餐~ ❤️大廚兩夫婦勁好人,熱情推介又friendly.期待下次多啲人黎可以再試多啲唔同既名物(荷包雞!杏汁白肺湯!八寶鴨!百花釀雞翼!) continue reading
