好多人既食評都集中係食物,一般都係最後寫兩句,杯野幾好飲吖就算。 🍺咁我決定先介紹杯野先。杯野幾好飲! 唔係玩,真係幾好飲。Geisha 既手冲不嬲都好味,風味十足,充滿果香,口感舒服輕柔。但係用黎做latte 既expresso base,我就第一次試。雖然比起手冲,一定會深妙左,但係風味依然,苦味冇因為深烘培而增加,仍然保持飲到花香同果香,個人飲到茉莉花同蜜糖既味道。然後係個奶,我飲左半杯,放左好一陣子,個奶都冇乜起泡,哩度有幾個可能性,1.批豆炒完之後,抖夠氣先開始使用。2.打奶嘅時候,入氣入得好,冇吸入過多空氣,3.mixing 做得好,減少牛奶同expresso 撞擊而產生嘅氣體,4.....太多可能性,不過講多無謂,總之就係有哩個效果,總之就係可以做到哩嗰風味。 🍖 All day breakfast,唔難整但係都唔容易整。同其他店舖唔同既有以下,茄汁豆係熱既,入面又有雞絲,增加口感又保持健康。個toast上面查左pesto,好refreshing,令到一向係配角既toast變成其中一個主角。入面有烤芝士,口感好似揀走水既硬豆腐,但烤過芝士味更加濃,更加香。 🍖甜品揀左red velvet蛋糕,當然大家都知道喺朱古力蛋糕,但係色香味真係好重要,變成紅色令到食慾大增,就算已經食完主菜,咁大個蛋糕一樣可以食得哂。 continue reading
