ℂ𝕒𝕟’𝕥 𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕡 𝕕𝕣𝕠𝕠𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕗𝕣𝕠𝕞 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕤𝕞𝕠𝕠𝕥𝕙𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤🕊️10多年前 fro yo 紅遍全香港🫣,當時仲係學生既我都成日放學去食,多款味道多款 toppings🫴🏽,仲有d店鋪可以自己擠雪糕自己落配料,好味又好玩☄️。知道佐敦開左間 fro yo 小店,即刻約細佬一齊去緬懷一下童年甜甜回憶🙈。我地揀左兩杯,一款係店鋪推介之一既 combo 朱古力3.0👀,包括香蕉🍌、繽紛樂💫、Oreo🍪、配 Bailey’s 朱古力醬🍩。朱古力同香蕉呢個組合無得輸架啦🧜🏼‍♂️,整體竟然唔算甜,係唔同配料襯托下口感好好♨️。另一款係自選配搭,包括酥皮筒🥐、麻糬🍡、期間限定無花果🌺,配抹茶牛乳醬🍵。🧘🏽‍♂️配料都幾高質,酥皮筒脆身、麻糬煙韌、無花果夠甜,而抹茶醬相對比較淡🎾。Frozen yogurt 個 base 好 raw,味道酸酸甜甜🍼,感覺係唔加醬料淨食一杯會好健康好開心😂;texture 方面,比雪糕更挺身更滑🍦。🍫COCO 3.0: Banana, Kinder Bruno, Oreo, Bailey’s Chocolate | $56🎍Meringue Cone, Fig, Mochi, Matcha Milk Spread | $58店鋪雖小,大概只可以企3個客人💁🏽‍♂️,不過門外有號碼燈,購買後可以在門外等💡。店內佈置簡單得黎,色調柔和溫暖🪄,有個迷你架 for 打卡😎。 continue reading

❤️今日帶大家嚟,我已經book mark咗好耐嘅乳酪雪糕舖頭! 大家知唔知道乳酪雪糕同普通雪糕有咩分別呢?其實乳酪雪糕係由較為健康嘅乳酪製成,就算係咁食都唔會有負擔㗎!啱晒我哋呢班久坐不運動嘅港女,夏天又有健康冇負擔嘅甜品食l u!呢度嘅乳酪雪糕,除咗有自由配搭之外,仲有店員精心配搭好嘅口味可以選擇!例如有抹茶🍵,咖啡☕️,朱古力🍫,冧酒提子🍇等等!啱晒選擇困難症!另外呢度仲可以另加配料大部份都係$5咋!。抹茶園 $56作為茶味愛好者梗係要試吓佢哋嘅抹茶口味,呢一杯以乳酪雪糕為基底,加上美味嘅自家抹茶奶醬,仲有Q Q彈彈嘅抹茶麻糬,藍莓等等。我哋呢班大胃王仲特登加咗蓮花焦糖餅乾,同埋脆卜卜嘅咖啡蛋白糖,真係超級好食!抹茶味道非常濃郁,而且佢唔會非常甜,夏天清清爽爽黎一杯真係好開心!。自由配搭自由配搭分幾個層次,最平有$48包一個配料同埋一個醬汁!如果唔夠食,仲可以揀第二個Level,$56包三款Topping一個醬汁!我哋呢班大胃王梗係揀最高配!揀咗$58有酥皮筒包兩款配料同一個醬汁!呢度嘅酥皮好出名㗎,外型好似雪糕筒,但係佢係用酥皮製成非常酥脆,我真係好鍾意呢個口感啊!配料我試咗佢哋推介嘅Brownie同埋特色太妃糖,仲額外加咗杏仁脆片同咖啡蛋白糖添。醬汁有輕微酒味嘅朱古力Bailey ❤️,呢度嘅乳酪雪糕,無論點樣配搭都好好食,全部都非常推薦呀❤️❤️ continue reading

好吃的乳酪雪糕,两个贪吃姐妹,会来买雪糕看到店家的用心选材料,吃的很放心👍味道也超好吃的,对于喜欢吃雪糕又怕长肉肉的小可爱来说,当然选择乳酪雪糕啦,坐在店外面,看着行人走来走去,手里拿着杯雪糕,喜欢停下来看着天空的这份感觉🥰 continue reading

曾經乳酪雪糕店在香港開得成行成市,想當年中學時期放學後經常會買一杯品嘗,「Tutti Frutti」、「Crumbs」、「llaollao.」等耳熟能詳的品牌大都已經結業,碩果僅存的「Yo Mama」分店亦已經日朘月削。近年乳酪雪糕風潮終於捲土重來,當中最引人注目的定必要數位於尖沙咀及佐敦交界的本地小店「Drool」,除了「抹茶園」、「朱古力3.0」、「提拉米蘇」等七款精選乳酪雪糕之外,亦有三十款配料及醬汁自由配搭。Regular Cup ($56) 包括三款配料及一款醬汁,朋友以健康為主題挑選了藍莓、穀物脆片、草莓凍乾及蜂蜜,再額外加配麻糬及杏仁脆片($5/款),乳酪雪糕主要用北海道3.6牛乳及希臘低脂乳酪製作而成,口感綿密細滑並富奶香,酸度較輕而甜度適中,與我最愛的乳酪雪糕店「Smile」可謂不分軒輊。Meringue Cone ($58) 放上原個酥皮筒,從網上得知原來出自灣仔老字號「快樂餅店」,而懷舊奶油筒正正是其招牌之作,棄掉原有的奶油餡料,配上乳酪雪糕感覺煥然一新,酥皮筒鬆脆分明但不如牛角包般酥鬆細碎,質感介乎於酥皮與唐餅餅皮之間,另外亦包括兩款配料及一款醬汁,除了杏仁脆片、繽紛樂及芒果醬之外再額外加配抹茶麻糬和芒果($5/款),值得一提的是芒果香甜多汁,而抹茶麻糬煙韌軟糯並帶甘香。 continue reading
