✨️今次介紹和分享一間位於將軍澳海天晉匯一樓的Das Bier 德國餐廳，是吃德國菜為主😍餐廳有室內位置「有冷氣」和室外可以望到海景也可以坐，而且裝修氣氛都好有Feel👍餐廳沒有限用餐時間，可以慢慢食慢慢飲下啤酒，傾下計咁就一晚🥳✨️今次我地兩個人來吃，首先散叫了一份德國鹹豬手配酸菜及薯仔沙律。之後再叫一個晚餐就是大蝦牛油果忌廉意大利麵，再加$40元轉套餐，有頭盤是煙三文魚沙律，是日餐湯是南瓜湯，本來想跟餐升級指定啤酒加32元，比較優惠。但是，佢地冇我地想飲既黑啤選擇😅所以最後個餐叫左凍檸茶，再散叫一杯小麥黑啤啤酒 (Erdinger Dunkel)😍✨️我地最中意食當然是德國菜必食的鹹豬手，一份兩個人夠哂食差少少，豬手個皮勁香脆，咬落卜卜聲，豬手肉大大件，淡淡肉，配埋酸菜再加埋芥末醬一幫食，超好味🥳值得推介比大家網友們必食😍CP值真係好高🤭✨️大蝦牛油果忌廉意大利麵，雖然隻蝦得三隻和細個少少，但啲意大利麵好入味👍✨️就算大家食飽左也可以考慮一下來飲下酒傾下計。我見佢地有推廣優惠就是中午食午餐，可以無限添飲咖啡😆📍德國餐廳 (海天晉匯)📍將軍澳唐俊街28號海天晉滙1樓102號舖📍港鐵將軍澳站 A2 出口, 步行約15分鐘📍營業時間: 星期一至日 11:30 - 22:00📍餐廳預約方法:致電2219 9938 電話訂座 continue reading

今日嚟到將軍澳 Das Bier，氣氛滿滿德國風，成間餐廳以 木系裝潢加上啤酒主題，坐落去就好似去咗德國酒館一樣！🍻✨ 今次試咗幾款主打菜式，首先係 Schweinshaxe (德國燒豬脾)，上枱時 火焰燃燒🔥，視覺效果超震撼！🐷 皮炸到好香脆，每啖都帶住濃濃煙燻香味，內裡肉質軟嫩又juicy，配埋酸菜一齊食，酸酸地更加解膩！😍 跟住試咗 Käsebrot mit Dip (芝士麵包配醬汁)，外皮酥脆，入面夾住半溶芝士，撕開仲會有拉絲效果，蘸埋濃郁芝士醬，一口接一口停唔到！🧀🥖 Caesar Salat (凱撒沙律) 就係清新之選，生菜爽脆，凱撒醬濃淡適中，加埋煙肉碎，口感豐富，啱晒平衡味覺！🥗 整體嚟講，Das Bier 係 高質德國餐廳，特別係 燒豬脾 值得一試，環境又舒適，絕對係 想chill住食飯飲酒 嘅好選擇！🍺✨ continue reading

週末對住過海食餐晏，心情舒暢壓力全消，加上服務態度一流，食物質素也算不錯👍尤其香腸就必定要試。All Day breakfast 一般都應該要百多元左右，$110（連加一）就食到無敵海景，確實難得。 不過豬手拼盤一定要試，露天有音樂相伴氣氛不錯。上星期午膳套餐送了幾張coupon，所以今個週末再來。坐露天有點熱，侍應即刻開着吹風機。吃完brunch 換了上次的啤酒券，有兩款選擇，份量不少，為新一個星期拼搏再展開動力💪💪💪 continue reading

    食物質素其實OK，叫咗一隻德國炸豬手，皮脆肉亦都嫩，另外白酒煮青口，仲做得比專門食青口嗰間餐廳好味，再配番德國啤酒，食得都好開心吓，但當最後叫咗兩杯Guinness…因為好似比之前上嘅啤酒時間耐左啲，我就望去水吧，睇吓斟緊未，但當時見到侍應生行入去水吧打開雪櫃，開咗兩罐喺大新賣$40/4 罐裝Guinness ，一罐一杯，最後喺酒吧個tap加啲泡喺面…當期望係飲tap嘅Guinness, 變咗係$10罐嘅罐裝啤酒，應該都再唔會黎…☹️ continue reading
