「Cuit」一開張便試了他的 Sourdough,隨後又試了牛肝菌包和 Cinnamon Roll,三款帶回家的包包質感都很完美,包香和味道同樣叫我們豎起姆指。自「Cuit」正式開設堂食後,每次假期經過都是 Full House。今次決定享受堂食,不帶包包回家。登記後大約十分鐘即有位,算是幸運喔,不過亦無緣享受室內冷氣。阿 Q一點,戶外座位其實也不錯,正配合行山完畢、早已汗流浹背的我倆,哈哈!餐牌選擇大致是包包和 Pastry 類的食品,暫時沒有蛋糕供應。飲品方面選擇不多,基本是茶、咖啡和朱古力!第一輪的食物來了!我要的 Peanut Sandy HK$55 是 White Coffee 作基底,然後再加上 Peanut Foam。White Coffee 淡香流暢、輕甜,感覺不錯,只是 Peanut Foam 的花生味似乎太輕了,坦白說是零感認,希望下次可試到滿意的改良版Black Coffee HK$36 可以接受啊!今日目標是 Market Fish Karaage Sando HK$150。別以為是一般的炸魚柳三文治足以吸引我倆的舌頭,所謂的 Market Fish,其實是採用了廣東人常吃的白鱔,有趣指素是否立即提升呢?首先自家麵包的質素無容置疑,跟著以自調的 Tartare 醬、切片青和 Dill 草,帶出清新香氣和味道。清香的味兒正好襯托炸得外脆內嫩的白鱔,來得讚讚讚的完美!入口白鱔的油脂被掩蓋了,可是彈牙的鱔肉卻沒有轉變,依舊迷人可口!不用擔心如炸脆鱔般吃得一口油,但要小心白鱔仍有一點點燙一直想吃一件美味的 French Toast,上次在日本吃到的不似預期,當看到「Cuit」餐牌上的 French Toast  HK$120 ,一試的衝動便隨即爆發!French Toast 也不例外,採用自家製麵包,經過煎香後,麵包外層帶有焦脆感,尤其是角位最為明顯,而麵包內層則保持鬆軟。「Cuit」特別地為 French Toast 配上焦糖香蕉、陳醋藍莓、熱情果,還有經過自家調製的乳酪忌廉。「Cuit」的 French Toast 給我一點清新的感覺,在配搭上也花了不少心思!唯一未夠滿足的是差一點香氣,也許 「Cuit」的麵包只沾奶來煎,而沒放雞蛋!「Cuit」還有不少吸引我的包包,例如用了四隻雞蛋和鯷魚的 Caesar Egg Avocado Sando,還有魚子醬量來得慷慨的 Avocado Toast,有機會再去堂食! continue reading

好一陣子無喺啡遊時覺得感動感動來自每一位店員、係每一位!店員嘅親切笑容 👧🏻👦🏻感動來自每一道菜式、係每一道!菜式嘅創意、心思同執行呢次終於有啖好食喇嗚嗚嗚⋯😭🔖 Market Fish Garage Sando 🥪是日嘅Market Fish 係炸白鱔炸白鱔三文治!真係以為自己聽錯呢~就算夾喺青花絲同沙律醬之間🥒炸鱔都保持香脆熱辣辣、出色!🔖 Banana Bread 🍌外層香脆、入面蛋糕濕潤得嚟加咗唔少合桃好香口上面嘅Italian Butter先係精粹所在🧈灑咗細醉鹽片、味道即時多咗層次🔖 Peanut Sandy 🥜當你以為佢係花生醬加落咖啡攪兩攪咁你就太睇少佢哋喇佢係一大匙濃濃花生醬味嘅厚身忌廉浮喺咖啡上面你慢慢飲時、花生醬忌廉會慢慢溶化香滑、濃郁得嚟唔會漿住、好味~❣️對於小店的定價可能會有唔少朋友有啲猶豫不過當坊間好多Cafe求其一份配料「不怎樣」的All Day 都索價3位數字時不如留番個肚嘅Quota 俾好似呢間對出品有要求嘅小店啦~大佬、真係完全唔同層次呢❣️周末一開門就未停過有客人入嚟留電話等位、要有心理準備喔~ continue reading

Rustic Bread Basket with Condiments $90有唔同口味嘅Soudough配三款自選嘅Condiments今次揀咗花生醫,House-made果Jam同埋Aged Vinegar with Olive Oil會toast咗先上,Sourdough外皮脆口唔乾身,入面軟熟得嚟有輕微嘅濕度,暖暖哋點咩調料都好食👍🏼Market Fish Karaage Sando $150Sandwich嚟講, $150食個Fish Sandwich係貴既。唔好食嘅話真係抌心口。但係! 佢好好食! 厚切炸fish fillet(唔係cheap魚)+海量Seasoned Salad cucumber+ well toasted牛油麵包。一大啖咬落去,又juicy又crispy🥹Peanut Sandy $55其他嘢食都唔錯,一定無伏,只係無乜驚起位French Toast $120Chocolate Brownie $40 continue reading

Visited Sai Kung last Sunday and found this shop unintentionally. Great selections of sourdough and other bakery. Bought a multi grains sourdough and a piece of banana bread. Best sourdough in town for sure but the banana bread really surprises me with its caramel glaze over the crunchy nuts on top. Staffs were super nice as well. Must try. continue reading
