一次過試到多款唔同嘅菜式,各有賣點,最緊要都喺用料靚,出品有質素,老友當然最欣賞個甲羅燒,因為對佢嚟講好有新鮮感,小弟就幾鍾意個壽司卷,因為味道紛陳。呢度環境就好正架啦,開揚有啲海景,而招呼亦都好好,侍應服務勤快有禮,不時為我哋加添熱茶、收拾枱面,喺一次幾好嘅體驗。

有時食得多街頭野,都想搵返啲坐得舒服啲,而且可以同朋友傾偈嘅餐廳,今日就同好朋友試咗呢一間係北京道1號嘅日本餐廳,入到去嘅時候已經俾佢海景吸引住,真係完全望住1881同埋維港。輕燒平目魚邊黑松露沙律(柚子醬) ($128): 輕燒完嘅平目魚令到魚油再更加突出,食上去煙煙韌韌而且好香燒過嘅味道,配上新鮮沙律菜夠晒清新。中華風燒賣壽司四粒($118): 望到餐牌有呢一道都已經好想嗌,真係諗唔到可以整到啲咁新潮嘅嘢。上菜嘅時候會有個蒸籠仔,實質其實係蟹肉吞拿魚蓉壽司。燒賣有一張綠綠地色而且食得嘅紙包住嘅,但係絕對唔會影響本身壽司嘅味,反而令到口感幾特別,好似一個包咁樣,但係食到去中段真係有咬到啲飯嘅時候就會變返壽司嘅味道。成件事好特別😂野菜天婦羅盛合($108): 有好多種唔同嘅菜,南瓜,秋葵,菇,茄子,番薯,粟米芯和素麵。全部都係新鮮炸出嚟嘅,而且粉漿唔口,師傅嘅工價做得好好,食上去完全唔油膩,就算放咗喺度一排都完全食唔到油益嘅味道。茗荷黑松露吞拿魚腩芝士卷($148): 自己本身都好鍾意黑松露嘅,食落去嘅時候黑松露嘅味充滿成個口腔,之後就係新鮮嘅吞拿魚味。呢一種嘅芝士卷,好似近排喺日式嘅

茗荷黑松露吞拿魚腩芝士卷($148): 自己本身都好鍾意黑松露嘅,食落去嘅時候黑松露嘅味充滿成個口腔,之後就係新鮮嘅吞拿魚味。呢一種嘅芝士卷,好似近排喺日式嘅餐廳都幾興,呢一隻芝士加落啲飯度又幾Creamy!雖然唔似食緊傳統嘅壽司,不過都可以試吓。


串燒方面就叫咗手羽同埋煙肉日本蘆筍:前者外皮夠乾身,肉汁都可以保留到,而且佢會將兩支骨拆開燒,令火可以均勻啲,調味亦都啱啱好。日本蘆筍嘅蘆筍好新鮮,完全冇根同渣,兩樣完全唔使點任何汁都夠哂鮮。


總結:以呢一個地段同食品質素嚟講絕對係物超所值,加埋夜晚嘅時候望住個海景食飯真係完全值回票價。座位坐得舒服,好適合一大班人過嚟,而且侍應服務態度都好友善!
