作為一個餃子控,夜晚一諗唔到食咩好就會想食湯餃。係旺角搵到呢間專食餃子嘅舖頭,拿拿聲就走去試吓!同朋友一人一碗雙拼就可以試4款餡,今次試咗1. 黑白松露豬肉2. 莞茜豬肉3. 蒜芯豬肉4. 粟米豬肉只能夠講每一粒都咁好食,因為個豬肉餡本身已經好夠味,所以撈乜都咁好食,欣賞佢有咁多款可以揀,仲要有莞茜揀實在太令人喜出望外😂作為湯餃其次重要嘅就係個湯底,個豬骨湯好白雪雪,飲落好清新,飲得出無落味精,唔會太濃搶晒餃子味道。最得意係佢呢間餐廳係有清酒飲,個日一坐底店員就送咗一人一杯清酒。仲可以比錢叫職員陪飲好盞鬼😂見佢煎餃其實都好有特色,不過想食清淡啲淨係試咗湯餃,有機會再試佢其他類嘅食物🤤 continue reading

收工想食啲好嘢慰勞下自己,而且近排天氣濕濕淰淰,所以好想食餃子(無論係煎餃定湯餃都好想食! Why not both?)!🤩朋友咁啱搵咗呢間餃子鋪,一坐低店員就話會每人送杯清酒!好正!啱晒啲工作疲勞過度嘅打工仔回一回氣! 個杯仲雪到好凍,好細心!我哋叫咗關東煮🍢。湯底係正常嘅日本清湯,經常喺關東煮入邊見到嘅角色們都會搵到:冬菇、竹輪、蘿蔔、魚豆腐,仲有一隻溫泉蛋同埋墨魚丸?! 都幾豐富!所有材料都唔會煮到軟腍腍,唯一係蘿蔔比較偏硬,不過佢就無渣。之後到咗重頭戲!餃子🥟!我哋叫咗煎餃子雙拼 (黑白松露豬肉餃+ 韭黃墨醉雞餃)。佢哋嘅冰花煎餃的確做到佢哋所講嘅口感香脆而不油膩。 食完呢啲煎炸嘢都唔會令人覺得好有負擔,同埋餃子皮同埋肉嘅比例剛好!只係黑白松露豬肉餃唔係好食得出有放黑白松露🤣可能「餃錯」咗?!而韭黃墨醉雞餃入面韭黃都幾突出,不過醉雞無咩存在感,可能揮發咗?!🤣另外我哋叫咗湯餃麵 (雙拼:招牌餃子貳號+ 粟米豬肉餃)(轉菜底)!我哋一致認為粟米豬肉餃係是日最佳,雖然粟米豬肉呢啲餡比較家庭式,但係就好有溫暖嘅感覺。 豬肉用得好好,粟米都好清甜,食完好舒服!至於招牌餃子貳號,佢嘅味道比較似平時食白切雞一定要配嘅薑蔥油,不過就比較溫馴,調味唔會重手咗,所以都幾出色!最後!火焰醉雞翼6隻  (配柚子醬)!食完湯餃有啲意猶未盡,所以叫埋炸雞翼先!上碟個陣,店員會點火,等到啲火焰熄咗就可以食啦! 雞皮炸完又被火燒後,變得更加香口😆。配埋柚子醬,好過癮! 不知不覺就食晒!嚟到可以一試! continue reading
