話說早排凍冰冰約埋成班朋友去左呢間金玉滿堂食羊腩煲,個Gas爐一放低就斜左一邊,原來無左隻腳,同店員講,佢竟然回覆「係咁架啦」聽完真係成個人暖晒~發滾添呀~不過佢之後都有換過個企得穩既爐比我。① 雙冬扣黑草羊腩煲 $368賣相唔錯,但可能羊腩鋪面浸唔到個汁,成班人一見到滾就搶食,食落件件都唔腍,徙晒!其實羊腩都幾大件,不過我地再等佢滾耐啲都唔夠腍。② 金玉麻辣花雕雞煲 $498被喻為店家必食雞煲,個煲好大個,一打開…都算好多料,花膠夠多夠大件,但雞就唔係好入味,肉質唔係好嫰。③ 黃金珍寶蝦球 $158呢個黃金蝦球一上枱就搶,相都無影,好食!個黃金醬撈飯一流!④ 黑椒薯仔牛柳粒 $138⑤ 魚香茄子煲 $108⑥ 生拆蟹粉扒豆苗 $138牛柳粒同茄子煲都係正常大排檔質素,至於個蟹粉扒豆苗就一般般,唔係好有蟹味。.整體覺得餐廳環境同服務都一般,特別一黎比侍應既回應拋疾左。當晚隔離枱有個客一坐落張櫈就爛左,成個人撻落地發出巨響!好彩人無事,餐廳除左致歉都識做送左兩枝啤酒。唔計個羊腩煲我唔知係咪我自己問題,其他食物質素就正正常常,唔突出,價錢唔算平,性價比唔算高。 continue reading

經常經過這條街, 這次才能發掘到這間隱蔽餐廳 😁 餐廳門口有寫“旺角鯉魚門”, 除了多款雞煲外, 餐廳還著重海鮮, 都有很多不同類型的小菜, 餐廳招牌也顯示私房菜, 更看到旁邊客人點了酸菜魚, 種類之廣不用多說! 🤗金玉南非鮑魚烤雞煲 (小) $468鮑魚可以單隻叫, 每隻$75, 所以直接點雞煲感覺便宜了 😆 雞煲總共有四隻鮑魚, 每一隻都超大, 全部新鮮彈牙, 不過醬汁偏濃味會把本身的鮮味稍為遮蓋了, 不過也不是什麼大問題 🙂 輕輕用筷子支撐再用匙羹拉一拉就可以把鮑魚跟殼分開, 另外有海量雞件, 雞肉完全吸收了醬汁, 非常惹味! 😚 配料有香菇, 洋蔥, 少許辣椒, 整個煲都相當惹味 😋 母親說吃到有點麻脾, 我自己則不覺得有麻脾感, 況且有另一個雞煲是寫明是麻辣的! 廚師之前已經煮了整個煲, 但洋蔥還是有點生, 所以才煲多一陣子, 不過不能煲太久, 否則雞肉會變老。黑椒薯仔牛柳粒 $138牛肉切成細粒, 黑椒更加入味, 但又不至於過咸或過甜, 味道剛剛好 👍🏻 通常這菜肴師傅都會先走油, 所以先經過油炸, 它的牛柳粒口感稍有脆邊, 但絕對不會乾如柴, 牛肉軟腍味美 😃 而薯仔都炆得很淋, 又不會淋到全沒口感, 真的吃過不停! 😬脆皮炸大腸 $108其脆無比, 脆得像乳豬皮那種, 當然未有那般誇張, 但口感比較類同 😝 剛剛煮起熱吃最滋味, 有部份會帶少許肥膏, 但普遍都是瘦的, 有肥膏就多種外脆內軟的口感, 加配甜酸醬最合適!餐廳除了環境上扣了點分, 食物質素好, 另外一定要讚讚一位載眼鏡的員工, 態度超好, 面帶笑容, 而且十分勤力, 離開時稍讚餐廳食物, 老闆在旁邊還靜靜聽著, 他已經落力推銷 🤭 感受到這位員工當餐廳是自己的, 有強大的歸屬感 👍🏻 餐廳雖然不大, 但很整潔, 我會再找機會試其他食物! 👏🏻 continue reading

露天街市好有香港特色,好似呢條煙廠街咁,短短地已經有好多地道民生店販,好值得去睇睇,除咗有嘢睇之外仲有好嘢食,今次去呢間中菜館亦都係非常地道,雞煲出名之外,見佢門口擺放咗魚缸,海鮮仲非常新鮮👍🥢東風螺海蝦雞煲(細煲)$388滾起香氣四溢,叫咗少辣已經非常惹味,雞件有口感又入味,海蝦爽彈鮮甜,東風螺爽脆新鮮,裏面仲有啲紫洋蔥及蒜頭,煲到腍哂食好正🥢雲勝炒鮮魷$138鮮魷新鮮爽口,除咗雲耳同勝瓜之外仲有紫洋蔥,而且仲有好多蒜蓉一齊炒,非常惹味 continue reading

12月中,聖誕節前,參加咗食團安排嘅晚餐聚會,想食呢間好耐,幸運地今次可以去試吓。我哋叫咗勁多野食,最推介有羊腩煲,叫咗大份,記得要成5百蚊,份量有比足,羊腩有少少so味,幾好,大家普遍接受到嘅程度,肉質炆得夠淋,又夠入味。小炒皇,蝦米夠咸香,分量唔算多,夠煱氣呀。雞煲都好味,唔覺辣,應該係香港酒樓煮法,味道夠濃,可以一試°糖醋咕嚕肉,黃金珍寶蝦球,焗美國桶蠔,呢3個都推介,惹味。其餘的例如酸菜魚,鹵水鵝就相對普通啲。不過都係唔差。餐廳環境就好逼下,得10張枱上下,人手唔夠不過佢哋都好好,盡量做同回應都快嘅。上菜速度都可以。始終地方逼,大家都係食完就走。 continue reading
