年初开业的AMO. AGO“阿猫阿狗”加上几步路距离的Bakehouse和Vission,我称之为半山自动扶梯旁的些利街三巨头。·AMO. AGO是城中pizza名店Fiata团队开设的bakery & bar,白天提供面包、甜点和brunch,晚间主打调酒。价格很中环,但出品值得,这样有水准的面包和调味是能吃出来的。·这家比Bakehouse和Vission好的是有堂食,虽然有加一,但不用坐在台阶上啃。店前店后都有室外座位,不过空间整体并不宽敞。·咱就是奔着这里的tartine来的,跟open sandwich大同小异,但特别之处是AMO. AGO用的是佛卡夏做base,馅料和酱汁堆成高高的小山,这样的brunch在香港应该是独一家!·【CARTAGENA】慢煮牛小排/Chimichurri实物比他家ig po的更馋人,肉多多+酱多多谁能拒绝啊?个头看着不大,但越吃越忍不住感叹好扎实。·牛小排撕成一缕一缕的大块,肉质软腍多汁,浓郁的肉香随着不断咀嚼在口中四溢,每一口都带着十足的韧性,大口吃肉的同时又清清爽爽不油腻,一切都刚刚好。·厚厚一层牛肉下还叠了厚厚一层coleslaw,阿根廷青酱的辣度特意克制了不少,腌渍洋葱酸甜脆爽,让层次感更加丰富。佛卡夏油润蓬松与嚼劲兼具,酱汁充分润进它柔软的气孔,吃完一整个大满足。·【冰美式】偏Nutty风味有焦糖回甘,能够随便喝喝的程度,搭配tartine有discount。·正好坐到C位,边吃边看店员制作各款三明治,抬头一看烤箱里的巨型佛卡夏也乖巧地膨胀起来。态度整体不错。 continue reading

這中環新開的意式麵包店就在半山扶手電梯旁。店內主打不同的麵包及造型精緻的蛋糕。它更提供多款以不同麵包及配料做的tartine。當日試了:❧ Portofino無花果配ricotta cheese及蜜糖好好味,加了核桃令口感層次豐富了不少。美中不足的是brioche 質地較為cakey ,不夠牛油香味。❧ Sfogliatella 千層貝殼酥這個招牌千層貝殼酥必試。外面鬆脆牛油酥皮包着creamy的ricotta cheese,配咖啡一流!_______________IG: #roamardtheworld continue reading

💰Rum Baba -$48💰Black Forest - $48阿美今日同朋友仔去SOHO食完飯之後,聽講呢度開咗一間新餅舖,即刻急不及待去試一試啊😋呢間舖頭係請五星級酒店paste主廚所開辦嘅,入到去舖頭,門口有幾個戶外位坐住食餅餅,入邊都有堂食位置,然後再行入啲仲有啲有陽光曬入嚟嘅座位,見到好多人都喺入邊飲杯咖啡嘆個餅好寫意。😛阿美未食完lunch好飽就唔好坐低食啦不過都買咗兩件蛋糕返屋企試一試。🤤今次阿美就叫咗Rum BaBa 同埋Black Forest,Rum Baba係法國嘅一種當地特色蛋糕,利用冧酒同埋橙醬浸住酵母蛋糕而組成,識落有好香嘅冧酒同橙味, 口感軟綿綿。🤤而Black Forest 就係一個有好香濃朱古力味嘅蛋糕,朱古力愛好者一定要試 continue reading
