To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 衝住佢地嘅“睇住流奶”流心奶黃包黎嘅賣相超得意!!不得不說又真係堅流心而且餐具都好得意!燈光好光猛啦,影食物相都靚d,唯一唔好可能就係開係food court隔離人流太多食落發現其他野食都唔錯有色蝦餃同黑面墨餃雖然食落唔係話真係有幾特別啦 但係真係整得好有心機!比普通蝦餃貴少少又真係講得過去嘅😍而最令我驚喜嘅居然係個野菌泡飯我個fd叫嘅時候我仲心諗 泡飯咪好奇怪咯因為我本身係比較鐘意食炒飯嘅 干身少少但係原來佢係脆脆地嘅飯黎 配上湯汁都唔會變霖左 真係正! continue reading

去開尖沙咀買野,唔知食咩好。由於病病地,想食熱野,所以就搵下有咩中菜好食。見呢間「飲茶」好特別,點心外型好精緻,所以一試。😆首先,叫左碟黃姜安格牛炒飯。一上台,發現好細碟😑比起餐牌張相.........,兩個食就係差啲🤣可能我地大食。飯粒分明,但係啲飯略為硬。安格斯牛細細粒,唔係好有咬口,因為好細粒,得啲飯要咬耐啲,因為硬😌然後叫左碟花腿娃娃,係兩條超細火華火腿卷住係娃娃菜上做裝飾⋯⋯🤣真係好細既條火腿。菜就上湯浸住,味道一般般。再有籠點心,透明波波,類似水晶餃,加入黑松露味,材料係蔬菜粒,皮算薄,味道好重,不過不失。而全晚最驚喜係麥皮糖蝦☺️☺️係馬拉食過,超好食😋所以返香港一直好想食。佢做到辣辣地,麥皮同隻蝦好夾,麥皮好夠如果撈飯食仲正😝😝但佢呢隻麥皮比起馬拉無咁脆,而係比較軟身,會黐住對筷子。但都好好食了😋總言之,呢度打卡一流,野食份量就一般。 continue reading
