我真係未見過串燒叫十串唔使五分鐘就食得,我叫外賣,二串牛肉,二串豬頸肉,一串金菇肥牛,二串雞肶菇,一串雞肉,二串芝士腸,點解我要上黎講因為太過份了,第一,我咁多串唔使五分鐘比到我,我見佢把所有串燒先放一放係個爐下面,再拎上去燒,我開頭已為佢係整啲汁再上去燒,原來我返到去食成口油。。牛肉乾過牛肉乾,有半串焦左,豬頸肉出色,兩塊長度4cm, 闊度1,5cm左右,薄切薄到我直頭著晒燈,打直穿,十蚊一串,得兩塊薄到爆既豬頸肉,雞肶菇吸晒油,食唔到,雞肉又係乾晒,二串芝士腸。。。一邊黑到食唔到,成條炸到乾到爆開晒,點解我無返去同佢嘈,因為我叫拎走,比少少良心出黎做生意好唔好,我唔會再去食同埋我會叫我識既朋友唔好去食 continue reading

第一個感覺... 好up dup, 行過都唔會望一眼, 舖頭好細好殘舊, 唔方好食但係離遠聞到陣香味, 畀香味吸引之下決定坐低食埋宵夜先返屋企叫左冬菇, 雞腎, 雞脾, 魷魚鬚....etc. 竟然出奇地咁好味, 同舖頭外表絕對成強烈對比, 由其d醬超好味, 店員話係燒烤醬, 但原來係甜甜地有d蜜糖味, 唔係鹹味, 而且好香, 無去錯地方惟一缺點就係要坐街邊 continue reading

朋友介紹, 今日經過去試下叫左雞脾同茄子, 真係超好食, 雞脾超大隻, D肉好滑好JUICY, D醬汁好好味,  原本以為燒雞脾D肉一定係燒到老晒, 點知估唔到E度燒出奇地咁滑咁好味茄子燒得好林, 好多汁, 仲好鮮甜, 保留到茄子既味道, 原本仲以為得個鹹字, 原來唔鹹仲甜甜地! 真係估唔到!夜晚好多人專登泊架車係度食, 好快就唔夠位坐, 食完買左兩罐藍妹(都係$10咋)都未飲就俾姐姐埋單叫走人...  continue reading

最近深水埗開左幾間燒烤,但都係開左最耐既和味最好食今日去黃金買底板, 聽朋友講西九龍中心對面有間燒烤舖好掂於是行過去買左隻招牌大雞脾, 問下店員仲有無其他招牌菜, 佢話茄子都好正, 於是要埋茄子雞脾好入味, 無叫辣, 但有少少麻, 應該用花椒處理過, 咬入口好多汁, 好新鮮, 最緊要係好大隻, 其他舖果啲細兩三個碼都唔止茄子叫左辣, 出奇地香, 同埋好林, 加埋啲汁真係超正, 我朋友無介紹錯, 去黃金一定要去和味先無白去深水埗食完先知道有facebook 打卡買一送一... 店員補送番一隻雞脾俾我, 超nice 雞脾最後返屋企俾左我老媽子食, 佢都話正,佢話呢間舖開左十年都咁旺場,總有道理 continue reading

最近睇到facebook 好多人post呢間店舖都話好好食,於是今日去開鴨寮街買電話殼 就順便去埋試下放相片唔放食物出黎係因為所有食物即叫即製,難得有串燒店舖堅持食物要新鮮平時都好鐘意食串燒, 見到串燒店就一定衝去食, 亦食過西灣河某著名串燒舖, 但一試呢個真係不得了, 有過之而無不及問左個阿姐有咩招牌野食, 佢話雞脾雞翼最多人食, 於是就叫左雞髀, 雞全翼, 雞中翼, 即叫即製都只係等左一分鐘, 抵讚!一食落去, 就知道佢醃過, 而且醃得好耐下, 非常之入味 其他串燒舖都好少可會醃完再燒, 再之後加既香料, 香之餘, 仲有一陣好"鮮" 好"香" 既味道, 絕非一般溝左好多味精雜質既粉,聽講呢間店舖因為貴租就黎唔做, 希望唔好啦 去鴨寮街買野既不妨順路支持下 continue reading
