To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食評:添好運點心專門店 🥟🍵最近去咗「添好運點心專門店」,一間平民價米芝蓮餐廳,真係名不虛傳 😋。一坐低就叫咗佢哋最出名嘅酥皮焗叉燒包 🥯,一咬落去,外皮脆卜卜又甜甜地,入面嘅叉燒餡又香又多汁,超級滿足!再試咗香煎蘿蔔糕,外層煎得香脆,內裡煙韌又有蘿蔔絲嘅清香 🧈,咬落去層次分明。蝦餃皇同埋燒賣王都唔錯,餡料足,口感彈牙 🦐🥢。不過可能太出名,人流好多,要排一陣隊先有位 😅,同埋位與位之間比較迫,有少少嘈。不過服務員都幾有禮貌,出菜速度都算快,整體體驗唔錯👍。以幾十蚊就可以食到咁高質素嘅點心,CP值爆燈 💥,非常適合一家人或者朋友聚餐,一定會再嚟! continue reading

這間新式裝修中式酒樓,我嗌咗蜜汁叉燒煎蛋飯配杞子桂花糕。叉燒雖帶傳統炭烤香氣,但肉質偏乾韌,蜜汁甘香卻未能彌補口感不足;太陽蛋煎得恰到好處,蛋黃流淌拌飯是一大亮點。  但整體性價比一般。杞子桂花糕:共有3塊(我已吃了一塊先影相) ,晶瑩剔透,入口沁涼,桂花的淡雅芬芳與枸杞的微酸本應相得益彰,可惜糖漿比例稍重,甜膩感掩蓋了原本的清雅。環境舒適,服務周到,適合想悠閒用餐的客人,但以這個價位而言,食物質素仍有進步空間,同價位確有更佳選擇。**評分:★★★☆☆(3/5)**   continue reading

慕名到深水埗「添好運」品嚐招牌點心,皮蛋瘦肉粥與炒麵初嘗時咸香滿口,卻在兩小時後泛起持續脹氣,返家途中更因反胃難耐終致嘔吐,實在掃興。作為米其林推薦的老字号,這次體驗與預期落差頗大,推測可能是個別分店品質不穩,或是當日食材處理未盡妥善。建議店家加強衛生控管與出餐流程,畢竟是慕名而來,更期待「好運」帶來的味蕾驚喜而非腹脹困擾。雖此次未盡如意,仍願相信這只是偶發疏失,期待未來能改善,讓食客安心品嚐點心的地道溫暖。 continue reading

午餐放飯前來到深水埗添好運,真走運,因不用等太耐就有位。枱與枱之間實太窄,側身入內亦有點危險,像是會橫掃別人枱面的食物呢!坐下選擇茶款,是以個人為單位。雖每人叫不同款式的茶也是可以的,不過這裏的茶杯和茶壺也像比一般酒樓的大,張枱放不下吧。點心好像比以前份量少了。但驚喜是那個賽磅蟹春卷、蝦多士和白肺燉湯,炸物酥脆香口,湯品就味道一流。最後是豆奶、麥精砵仔糕。豆奶尤其味濃,非常出色,喜出望外,推介推介! continue reading
