Italian style fine dining with my lovely wife, very enjoyable during these 4 hours Appetites are Italian bread with limited olive oil and 3 types of vinegar, they are 50 yrs, 25 yrs and 12 yrs. The 50 yrs has strong rich and sour taste while 12 yrs has light taste. They all tastes very nice! We chose 12 Course Italian Seafood Tasting Menu APPETIZER / GLI ANTIPASTI

Japanese Uni, Hokkaido Scallop, Caviar Oscietra Imperial, Pure Gold✨Hokkaido scallop on top of the little glass with Japanese uni and caviar, it tastes so lovely!2. Lobster Carpaccio, Red Belly Pepper Julienne, Red Belly Pepper Umami🦞 Lobster meat with red belly pepper soup, red soup has a rich lobster taste and a little bit sweet pepper taste.
