今期自助餐的主題是Organic Food,因此食材嚴選了有機食材,例如:本地有機香草🌿、水果和肉類。.整體上食物質素不錯👍🏻,食物種類不少,而且用料新鮮,比預期中還要好,令人喜出望外✨。.海鮮有7類,龍蝦、青口、雪場蟹、長腳蟹、蝦🦐、蜆和螺。最驚喜的一定是雪場蟹🦀,蟹肉量多,還吃到海水的鹹鮮味👍🏻。其他海鮮也算不錯,肉質新鮮彈牙👅。唯獨是龍蝦肉較韌,又淡口,雖然有蟹膏,但味道失望👉🏻👈🏻。.🐟刺身有三文魚、吞拿魚、八爪魚🐙、甜蝦🦐和油甘魚。🤤魚肉厚切,肥美鮮甜,而且魚肉柔潤💦,少有自助餐刺身有此質素。.🥗沙律有大量選擇,大家自行調配合適的口味,再放於原個芝士磚內調味🧀。另外,🐟🍖煙三文魚和Parma Ham也是不能錯過的冷盤喔。.熟食區有中式熱葷和燒味、麵食🍜、湯🥣及印度咖哩🇮🇳。大廚還會在現場即燒大蝦和羊架🦐🍖,可惜大蝦單有彈牙口感,卻欠缺鮮味。.🍰甜品份量小巧,不過賣相精緻,款式亦算多。蛋糕口感綿密,小圓撻口感細膩,中間還有餡料,確實有驚喜,應該深深受到女士們的喜愛吧❤️😍。.🍦雪糕是XTC Gelato,一共有十二款口味,是草根看過最多的最有誠意的雪糕櫃👀,雪糕櫃會不停轉動,加上雪糕口味獨特,大家可一次試勻十二款口味🤤🤤,甜品控一定大愛。.餐廳裝修時尚,整齊企理,而且用餐區位置寬躺,唯獨室外景觀受到一點阻擋,建議大家可到戶外用餐區欣賞海港景色。 而服務方面👨🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳,侍應生積極勤快,態度友善,還會不斷refill食物。.星期一至四成人$598,星期五六日及公眾假期成人$668。. continue reading

Hyatt Group 旗下酒店Hotel Vic 自助晚餐,每期都會有不同主題的自助晚餐。而今次主題為Fresh,Organic Food,崇尚天然和健康的我便被這個主題吸引入場了。*果然,一進入門口,便有大量新鮮而色彩繽紛的水果,香氣十足。蜜瓜真的甜到入心!*而旁邊有一台與Iron Man 心口的反應爐十分相似的雪糕機,盛載著12種不同口味而又即日新鮮製造的XTC Gelato。都切合今次Fresh主題。同以前一杯杯雪糕相比,今次可以食到新鮮Gelato,好抵!*而雪糕後面就有一整排甜品櫃,十分吸睛。 *最吸睛當然就是新鮮海鮮!大量波士頓龍蝦任食,而且Refill速度都彼快,幾乎每次出去都是滿滿的龍蝦山!*而其他海鮮種類雖然不多,但勝在新鮮。*而日本刺生種類總共有七款,比較驚喜的是鯛魚,聽說是每天選取最新鮮的海鮮。*比較特別的是原個芝士撈生菜,廚師會即場將撈生菜,確保每塊生菜也有芝士包裹著。*首先當然就是吃頭盤。芝士生菜加上煙三文魚和風乾火腿。咸香和油香配上新鮮生菜的甜味,十分配合。*再來就是刺身。當中的甜蝦最為驚喜。甜度是我吃過最甜的甜蝦。而且肉身厚實又大隻,必吃和Encore 首選!*然後就是波士頓龍蝦。每隻龍蝦尺寸均比我的手掌還要大,而且肉質扎實,龍蝦味道又十足。印象我們每人吃了最少三隻,值回票價了。*吃完冷盤後,走去另一邊的熱盤,順便消化一下。眼前又是一堆積如山的大蝦和羊架,剛好燒完,香氣滿分。*西冷牛扒相較之下比較遜色*而配合餐廳今次主題的東南亞風味,各式各樣的東南亞熱食也十分吸引,可惜當日吃了太多龍蝦,沒肚子再裝了。*這款中式湯水用料豐富,十分清甜,完全不覺得有味精味道。*而今次BBQ大蝦也有驚喜!蝦味十足而且肉身彈牙。私心推薦吃這款大蝦,冷盤的蝦相對遜色和沒有驚喜。*最後再甜甜的時間!朱古力噴泉最為吸睛!而且朱古力十分香濃,一試愛上。*而且還有新鮮蜂蜜,用來配合港式雞蛋仔。味道都幾夾的,大家都可以試下。*最後配上XTC Gelato 作最後完滿的總結。可能是新鮮製造的關係,雪糕溶化的速度比較快,來不及來一張大合照。總共12款雪糕我也有吃。大滿足。比較特別的是清薑味道,初時覺得薑味雪糕感覺奇怪,可是吃後,少許薑味配上奶香,意外出色! continue reading

食得多放題, 間中搵返D高質素酒店buffet嘆下!朋友今晚就帶我去左位於北角兼係Hyatt Group旗下既香港維港凱悅尚萃酒店 -- 距離北角港鐵站只需一分鐘步程, 交通超方便! 踏入酒店二樓, 有間"The Farmhouse"今月推出最新主題 ORGANIC, 岩哂我地追求健康一派。餐廳內環境優雅闊落, 冷盤區同熱盤區分為兩邊, 冷盤區有刺身、壽司、凍海鮮、沙律、同埋多款甜品、生果等等....刺身方面以分配形式取, 但毫不吝惜, 刺身均為超厚切, 重點係新鮮! 三文魚富魚油香、甜蝦連殼原隻上, 味道非常鮮甜, 我都encorn左好幾轉!壽司款式就比較少而冷盤味道質素搭夠, 有龍蝦、長腳蟹、蜆、蝦、青口等等...龍蝦絕不是浸過量鹽水, 食到鮮甜味, 唔會太乾~ 長腳蟹同樣鮮甜, 超正!!沙律、冷盤前菜配搭多,仲有一台巴馬臣芝士撈生菜, 其他buffet地方較為少見 飲品方面就有懷舊樽裝汽水、Coffee、Tea, 仲有每日新鮮即柞果汁熟食區設至餐廳另一邊, 除左有羊架、燒虎蝦、雞翼, 就連印度咖哩都有, 點薄餅食唔錯~澱粉系列有即叫即整意粉同埋多款配搭既車仔麵個人偏向喜歡食刺身同凍海鮮, 所以就冇點食過熱盤區食物不過女人第二個胃就係甜品, 飽都要食埋甜品先perfect!除左有生果同酒店自家製甜點、pancake同埋雞蛋仔,稍嫌雞蛋仔唔夠脆身同埋蛋味偏淡, 個人超推介每日新鮮製造XTC天然低脂意式雪糕多款特色味道雪糕不停轉轉轉, 一黎低脂食左都唔怕肥, 二黎雪糕質地香滑濃郁,其中試左奶茶、椰子、開心果、士多啤梨雪葩,每款都勁中意, 特別係開心果, 當中加入左開心果碎, 香滑中帶點層次, yummy~有一個小型朱古力噴泉, 有生果、棉花糖沾黎食, 小朋友至愛! continue reading

最近愛上搭渡海小輪,北角碼頭旁邊就是 HYATT 旗下的 維港凱悅尚萃酒店,五星級酒店二樓 The Farmhouse 主打高質素酒店自助餐,趁生日前夕跟朋友共嘗最新推出以 ORGANIC 為主題自助晚餐,適合追求健康生活品味的我們。餐廳有梳化位又有無敵海景,高樓底令空間感大增,坐得舒服之餘環境冇咁嘈,傾計舒服啲。《ORGANIC》推出 ORGANIC 主題自助晚餐,美食當前感覺清新自然,養生美顏生果甜品、最喜歡還是他們充滿生命力的香草盆栽,廚師會把他們注入美饌當中,令人精神為之一振,聞到薄荷葉的香味我成個人醒神晒!《海鮮》好多人食自助餐第一時間都想食貴價番本菜式。這裏冷盤雖然沒有生蠔,但係就有我最鍾意食嘅長腳蟹,一條條新鮮蟹柳,一啖放落口係好爽嘅!《波士頓龍蝦》還有手掌般大的龍蝦、翡翠螺、凍蝦、大蜆、藍青口⋯差唔多將成個海洋都食咗落肚。波士頓龍蝦肉質鮮嫩結實,龍蝦味濃郁鮮甜又唔腥,食得出海鮮的原汁原味實在太幸福了!一個華麗轉身,旁邊還有刺身吧、壽司、cold cut,新鮮蔬果沙律。《刺身》先講講我最喜愛的刺身,油甘魚、吞拿魚厚切,入口甘香充滿魚油香氣四溢,吃得出的鮮味,質感入口即溶。原隻甜蝦連殼上,雖然要落手落腳食,但我旁邊友人拍手叫好,因為可以連蝦籽一起吃,非常惹味呀!《有機沙律菜》沙律除咗蔬菜新鮮有機之外,最特別的是廚師會用巴馬臣芝士即席撈勻,感覺更加矜貴。《熱葷》冷盤之後可以吃熱葷了,燒虎蝦、慢煮牛肉正向我招手呢!燒牛肉 medium rare 我喜歡的,入口即化加上濃郁的牛肉味,回味無窮!如果想吃碗湯麵這裏也有喎,香港情懷特色車仔麵,喇沙湯底確實不錯。《甜品》女仔一向有一個甜品胃,各式各樣時令精緻甜品令我目不暇給,吃了一兩件比較精緻的,玫瑰椰汁西米糕令我無法忘懷,特濃朱古力噴泉,小朋友最愛。有機蜂蜜配雞蛋仔你有試過未呢?新鮮蜂蜜從蜂巢裏慢慢滴出來,滋潤無比!另一賣點是有機生果和新鮮果汁,特點是十分清甜、清新、清香,女生怕肥可以飮甘筍蘋果汁呀!對腸道非常有益的。《低脂 Gelato》另一吸引眼球的就是自動旋轉雪糕機,有多款不同口味的 Gelato,猶如12星座般各有特色。聽說是每日新鮮製造,我覺得最特別係開心果、港式奶茶味道。最清新味道酸甜的就是芒果檸檬醋,特別又比較少吃得到。低脂肪唔怕肥,入口質感柔滑,多吃也不會膩,真係百吃不厭!最後以一杯香濃的即磨咖啡作結。總括而言,五星級的家,食物質素高、環境優雅、服務細心有熱誠,無論係慶祝生日、情侶約會或者家庭聚會都值得推介來這裏一試! continue reading
