我唔熟元朗,係Google map 搵左好耐。真係係後巷,連住幾個小店。同咪冇得book位,所以我地係出面等左約30個鐘。門口有幾張櫈仔坐。我地叫左2款定食! (5⭐⭐係最高,星星分數係比較同一間餐廳的不同食物) 石燒一口牛肋肉定食 和石燒吉列牛小排定食 hkd98 + 40蚊配 定食如果只叫燒肉,不叫定食(一定唔飽)。定食包括橫町飯、蕃茄豆腐、溏心蛋一口牛肋肉⭐⭐⭐佢地會有個碟放d牛肉,然後我就一片片夾上去燒。牛肋肉好薄,但油脂分布均勻。大該10s左右就熟,沾下醬汁、芥末、蒜蓉就可以食。 石燒吉列牛小排定食⭐⭐⭐都一樣係1cm厚。食落去外脆內軟,幾特別。但係我自己比較喜歡厚切。如果可以餐廳可以推出厚切會更好。蕃茄豆腐湯⭐⭐⭐⭐味道一般,但就係好考師父既刀工。切完放係湯到,好似開花咁。望落都開心橫町飯、溏心蛋⭐⭐⭐⭐橫町飯係珍珠飯,配上薑肉汁、紫菜、櫻花蝦。拌勻後食,好好味!好想要多d🥰🥰 環境其實好迫,好似撞到旁邊果個人。鋪頭空氣流通唔好,好大陣油煙味,好攻鼻🙂 。如果開門流通下,會更好。

佢地會有個碟放d牛肉,然後我就一片片夾上去燒。
牛肋肉好薄,但油脂分布均勻。大該10s左右就熟,沾下醬汁、芥末、蒜蓉就可以食。

石燒吉列牛小排定食⭐⭐⭐
都一樣係1cm厚。食落去外脆內軟,幾特別。但係我自己比較喜歡厚切。如果可以餐廳可以推出厚切會更好。

蕃茄豆腐湯⭐⭐⭐⭐
味道一般,但就係好考師父既刀工。切完放係湯到,好似開花咁。望落都開心

橫町飯、溏心蛋⭐⭐⭐⭐
橫町飯係珍珠飯,配上薑肉汁、紫菜、櫻花蝦。拌勻後食,好好味!好想要多d🥰🥰

環境
其實好迫,好似撞到旁邊果個人。鋪頭空氣流通唔好,好大陣油煙味,好攻鼻🙂 。如果開門流通下,會更好。

⭐吉列牛厚薄度適中,每面煎10-12秒就可以吃,外脆酥脆香口而內軟,口感特別,亦不會太油膩。
⭐豆腐蕃茄湯,在碗中散開好像一朵菊花,𠝹花盡顯刀工,十分精緻而且滑身。

食飽先見到隔離枱點的炸芝士好吸引,所以就忍唔住引誘,都點了一份享用。炸芝士外皮炸得脆卜卜,而且唔會粉粉的。入面的芝士咸香味道,加上打絲的效果,同時滿足視覺同味覺!

去元朗阿妹話想試吓呢間吉列牛,我哋兩大兩細去到門口等咗5-10分鐘,因為裏面位唔多,我哋兩個大人嗌左兩份石燒吉列牛小排,小朋友就叫咗一份牛肉野菜鍋,急不及待😋擺上台嘅時候賣相好吸引,但唔知點解我嗰個熱石唔係好燒到,燒到好炆憎,阿妹嗰個又冇問題喎,不過肉係好味嘅,而且份量都多,係燒得慢啲,可能地方細嘅關係,個個又係食呢一個,所以好大陣油煙味,至於個飯我個人覺得唔加啲肉鬆會好啲,有陣怪怪的味,可能係我唔鍾意啦😅流心蛋係好味嘅,會再試,下次我要試吓黑松露豬扒😮‍💨
