Hong Kong’s Best-Value Premium Selection Buffet Keeps Guests Satisfied with Two New Summer Offerings
The Astor, the design-driven all-day dining restaurant inside Eaton HK presents two new summer buffet spreads – an ICE & FIRE Afternoon Tea or South East Asian Destination Foodcation at both lunch and dinner time.
ICE & FIRE Afternoon Tea
Starting from June 21, for only HK$148, including one main course, guests can indulge in delicious cold and hot desserts from 3.15pm – 5.15pm.
The plentiful Ice Cream Station is the perfect pit-stop on a hot Hong Kong summer’s day and features enticing flavors from both Mövenpick and Häagen-Dazs . Guests can create their very own sundae with abundant toppings like rainbow sugar vermicelli, Oreo crumble, chocolate pearls, black honey boba and mixed fruit.
A range of cooked-to-order hot dishes are perfect alongside a generous serving of ice-cream. Guests can watch The Astor’s talented chefs whip up delightfully wobbly Soufflé Pancakes or classic Waffles . Each delicious creation can be topped with bright and flavorful toppings like mango puree, chocolate sauce, peanut butter, or all-time-favorite maple syrup.
Three seasonal hot desserts including Apple Tatin and Banana Marshmallow Pudding will be available, and rotated regularly for those who want to treat themselves more than once this summer.

Destination Foodcation Buffet
Guests missing the days of travel can indulge in a culinary tour of South East Asia with The Astor’s Destination Foodcation buffet.
Guests can pay a visit to the Lion City through dishes like Singaporean Chili Crab or Black Pepper Crab, served with the traditional fluffy bun whilst neighboring Malaysia offers up Roast Suckling Pig with Glutinous Rice, Prawn Sambal and more.
A trip to Vietnam would be nice pho sure, and Turmeric Fish and Vietnamese Pork Chop are a great alternative.
Thailand is only a dish away – the Pla Ma-no Pa Sa (steamed fish with lime juice and chili) and Thai Grilled Lobster (weekend dinner only) take guests to the white sugar beaches with each bite. Don’t forget the Mango Sticky Rice.
Each guest will be presented with a special Boarding Pass which entitles them to redeem one limited edition drink, be it a Thai Lime Soda, Iced Cendol, Tropical Tea with Popping Boba or Milo Dinosaur.
