非常特別嘅甜品,懷疑可能真係有用心去設計過。首先配上椰子雪芭已經夠新穎。跟住糯米飯食落係略帶鹹味。而芒果係甜中有一點酸。我將所有嘢擺埋一匙羹放入口裡邊…… 鹹、甜、酸、暖、冰,真係有驚喜喎,味道多而不亂,層次分明,飯嘅鹹香,突出了椰醬嘅甜及椰香,而微酸嘅芒果更襯托出雪芭嘅甜;三種味道、兩個溫度,味道多,但唔會重疊; 有衝突,但又唔會覺得怪,總之就係自己試過先會明。

大蝦切成薄片之後直接食用,保留咗蝦肉既鮮甜多汁。跟一個酸辣汁。

青咖哩豬頸肉

肉質鮮嫩既豬頸肉,配以濃郁醇厚既青咖哩汁烹調。咖哩汁麻辣香濃,同豬肉融合得天衣無縫,令肉質變得酥軟入味。

火山排骨

份量非常多,有10支左右,而且個汁好酸辣,炆得亦都夠腍,非常適合送酒👍🏻

太陽蛋配酸辣肉碎炒飯

太陽蛋鬆軟流心,炒飯本身調製得非常出色,香氣四溢,令人垂涎三尺。呢種簡單又好味既家常小菜!

幾個月前去完泰國,總是掛住夜市裡火山排骨的味道,於是乎系openrice搵到尼间有火山排骨的泰國菜。酒吧形式的餐廳,琳瑯滿目各种各样的酒擺滿吧台,氣氛好適合三五朋友小聚。火山排骨真是surprise,有10-12條豬肋骨,肉煮得比較嫩,浸系秘製的辣汁中,酸辣開胃,辣中又感受到肉汁,啱曬食肉獸,一份排骨兩個人啱啱好。菠蘿海蝦炒飯三四條勁大條的海蝦,菠蘿塊跟肉鬆添加炒飯口感,飯粒粒粒分明,味道亦啱啱好,系菠蘿炒飯中相當優秀。香茅軟殼蟹都出乎意料,外殼炸得酥酥脆脆,內餡又鮮又香,淡淡香茅味,一份兩只,切成四件,份量都令人滿意。甜品是芒果糯米飯伴椰子雪葩,芒果飯上的椰漿有啲斑斕糕的口感,少少鹹味,同糯米飯一齊就非常驚艷,又香又滑,仿佛置身椰子盛宴。椰子雪葩一定要點,雪糕非常香滑,一絲冰沙都沒有感受到,匙羹細細個一小口接一小口,根本唔捨得太快食完。飲品特地點做芒果冰沙跟apple spumoni,好搭尼間餐廳的風格。

尖東行完街,發現哩間酒吧,裡面原來有泰國菜食、有含酒精及普通一般飲品飲。我和朋友兩個人各自點了杯Coctail 放鬆一下個人,我果杯 Mojito Blueberry, 飲落淡淡清新薄荷+藍莓味朋友就點了Tequila Sunrise, 飲落酸酸甜甜望下Meau,點左幾款伴酒小食順道食埋晚餐,拼盤、炒椰菜苗、香芧煮花蜆等。。。哩度落單、烹調、執枱到上菜,都係由兩位年輕人主力操作,佢哋落力地一手包辦所有工作,食物又唔會等好耐先有,真係值得欣賞。香茅煮花蜆先上枱,侍應先擺低個吉大碗,大碗原來係比我地擺蜆殼用,入口第一啖的蜆鮮嫩、無沙,粒粒火候都控制得岩岩好,唔會痴住個殼,係粒粒都可以完整地擺入口,送酒簡直一流。炒椰菜苗:蒜味濃郁,哩度既椰菜苗係貨真價實既椰菜苗,唔同出面其它餐廳一粒粒圓形傳統果款。四式拼盤:有墨魚粟米餅、炸雞塊、炸蝦餅、蔬菜春卷,要讚一下餐廳將炸物唔係炸到金黃色但依然有香脆口感,食落無咁易熱氣上火。墨魚餅中,廚師加入粟米粒令到口感更有層次,蝦餅肉質彈牙紮實,配埋兩款泰式酸辣醬點綴,更加美味。炸蔬菜春卷,炸得好乾身,咬落保留到當中蔬菜餡既爽口,又唔會油膩。最後點多份冬陰功湯飲

哩度落單、烹調、執枱到上菜,都係由兩位年輕人主力操作,佢哋落力地一手包辦所有工作,食物又唔會等好耐先有,真係值得欣賞。
香茅煮花蜆先上枱,侍應先擺低個吉大碗,大碗原來係比我地擺蜆殼用,入口第一啖的蜆鮮嫩、無沙,粒粒火候都控制得岩岩好,唔會痴住個殼,係粒粒都可以完整地擺入口,送酒簡直一流。

四式拼盤:有墨魚粟米餅、炸雞塊、炸蝦餅、蔬菜春卷,要讚一下餐廳將炸物唔係炸到金黃色但依然有香脆口感,食落無咁易熱氣上火。
墨魚餅中,廚師加入粟米粒令到口感更有層次,蝦餅肉質彈牙紮實,配埋兩款泰式酸辣醬點綴,更加美味。
炸蔬菜春卷,炸得好乾身,咬落保留到當中蔬菜餡既爽口,又唔會油膩。

最後點多份冬陰功湯飲,廚師加入左切碎既花膠粒,3隻鮮大蝦,感覺矜貴,辣度廚師會因應客人要求可作出調整,真的非常用心、細心照顧每一位客人。
