錦田向來美食多羅羅,今次想試吓泰國菜醃酸辣鳳爪無骨鳳爪非常爽脆,而且十分惹味!因為辣度十分足夠,食唔到嘅朋友需要稍為注意下但作為開胃菜絕對係不二之選~黃咖喱(雞)黃咖喱creamy但完全唔覺得辣,雞髀肉嫩滑,而且仲有啲蔬菜、薯仔🥔作配菜~馬拉盞通菜 通菜新鮮翠綠,前面食得比較重口味,當然要食返啲蔬菜🥬中和一下配上蝦醬一起炒,非常惹味燒雞全翼雞全翼好大隻,燒得好入味,咬落去啖啖肉,基本上不用蘸任何醬汁都已經好滿足啦!冬陰功湯 放上原隻開邊蝦+草菇,湯底好濃郁嘅椰香味,而且不會太辣,飲落去尤其舒暢!新鮮椰青 椰青好清甜,不會有任何酸酸的怪味,而且仲可以食入面啲椰肉,都好清甜椰青奶冰落左煉奶,飲落去絕對透心涼,在這個炎炎夏日尤其喝一口尤其解渴! continue reading

今日趁冇咩雨落,下晝去左元朗行山,行完之後當然就喺附近搵餐廳食晚餐,最後揀左喺錦田食泰國野,黎左呢間泰國餐廳食飯。燒雞翼 食泰國野就梗係要試下串燒啦,今次試左佢嘅燒雞全翼,呢度隻雞翼火候燒得剛剛好,雞皮咬落卜卜脆,裡面嫰滑雞肉仲好好多肉汁,加埋個酸辣醬食話咁快就食哂成隻雞翼喇。無國界蒜蓉包係呢間餐廳名物黎,我地落左order之後,發覺原來周圍每一枱都有叫呢樣野食,呢度蒜蓉包有6大條,每條表面都均勻搽滿蒜蓉牛油而且烤得金黃酥脆。黃咖哩(雞)另外我地都叫左個黃咖哩配雞肉一齊食,呢度嘅黃咖哩唔辣但椰奶味重,配料有青紅椒、洋蔥同薯仔,適合啲唔食得辣嘅朋友仔食。馬拉盞炒通菜份量幾多,馬拉盞少少辣好惹味。菠蘿海鮮炒飯有鮮蝦,魷魚,青口,蟹柳,飯粒粒分明,夾埋菠蘿粒,腰果,肉鬆碎黎食,好夾又有口感。鮮芒果冰呢個天氣飲真係一流,透心涼,芒果味好出好鮮甜。凍柑桔蜜飲入口好滋潤,即刻覺得冇咁熱氣。呢間餐廳仲要係寵物友善餐廳,食飯都見到好多可愛嘅毛孩😍😍 continue reading

講起元朗泰菜,「冬陰牛牛」個名掛住冬蔭功,但實情佢哋道燒豬頸肉先係隱藏大佬!今次同班friend掃街,一試即刻列入「返兜必點」名單,食肉獸聽住——68蚊一碟,份量多到驚,抵到笑! 炭火香爆燈!外脆內juicy一上枱就聞到炭燒焦香,師傅火候拿捏超準,外皮烤到金黃脆口,咬落「咔哧」聲!重點係鎖住肉汁,每片厚切有成隻手指公咁厚,入口彈牙唔韌,肥瘦位三層分明:脆皮→油香→瘦肉,食落完全唔膩,連埋烤到微焦嘅油脂邊,邪惡到停唔到口! 秘製香料醃足一日同坊間淡茂茂嘅豬頸肉唔同,佢哋用泰國直送香茅+斑蘭葉+蒜蓉醃足24個鐘,入味到骨子裡!鹹香中帶絲絲甜味,仲有淡淡香草氣息,唔使點醬已經夠哂味。配嘅青檸辣汁都係自家製,酸辣醒胃,夾住生菜食更清爽~ 性價比炸裂!晚市必搶對比區內其他泰國菜!目測有成20大塊,堆到成座小山咁,三個人share都夠喉。 continue reading

在元朗尋覓地道泰國風味,這家專攻泰菜的館子絕對值得一試!店內裝潢簡樸,充滿泰式風情,服務亦算親切。然而,甫踏入店內,首個感覺是 冷氣不夠凍。香港炎夏的悶熱似乎未能完全被驅散,尤其當晚市人潮漸多時,略感侷促,邊食邊有「大汗叠细汗」之感,算是美中不足之處。若怕熱的朋友,建議選擇近門口或非繁忙時段光顧。但!說到食物,尤其是店家的 招牌「鹽燒烏頭」,絕對能讓人暫時忘卻那點悶熱,成為整晚的焦點。這道菜式堪稱 必食推介!一整條肥美的烏頭魚,外層被厚厚的粗鹽嚴密包裹,經炭火或猛火烤製,上桌時香氣四溢,視覺效果已非常震撼。店員會熟練地幫忙敲開鹽殼,揭開魚皮瞬間,熱氣伴隨着獨特的炭烤香與魚鮮味撲鼻而來。裡面的魚肉 雪白嫩滑,火候控制得宜,完全沒有過火變老。最精彩的是魚肚內塞滿了泰式香料靈魂 — 香茅、檸檬葉、南薑、辣椒等,精華盡滲魚肉之中。夾起一塊魚肉,點上店家附送的 秘製青檸酸辣醬汁,入口先是魚肉的鮮甜細嫩,緊接着是泰式香料複雜而清新的香氣在口中綻放,酸辣醬汁的刺激更將鮮味提升至另一層次,味道層次豐富,鮮而不腥,惹味非常。那飽滿的肉質與濃郁的泰式風味,令人回味無窮,完全體現了泰國菜的精髓。除了鹽燒烏頭,店內其他菜式如生蝦刺身、冬蔭功湯、炒金邊粉等也頗具水準,但鹽燒烏頭憑其獨特風味和震撼的呈現方式,穩坐 「最強推介」 的寶座。總結而言,這家元朗泰國菜專門店在 食物質素上,尤其鹽燒烏頭,絕對是超班之作,值得專程為此而來。唯獨 冷氣系統略為遜色,若店家能改善這一點,用餐體驗將更趨完美。為了那條令人驚豔的鹽燒烏頭,些許悶熱,還是值得忍受的! continue reading

今日weekend 有時間去到錦田行,去咗一間住宅區附近既泰菜,有驚喜!一去到門口門面都已經幾搶眼,有好鮮明既招牌燈,店員服務都好唔錯,有適時加水以及幫我地問清楚甜品menu 有冇招牌香蕉薄餅!食物方面:鐵板蠔仔蛋($148)當我見到佢上枱時,香氣撲鼻而來,熱騰騰嘅鐵板上面嘅蠔仔蛋,色澤金黃,睇落令人食指大動。每一口都係濃郁嘅海鮮味,仲有蛋香,口感滑嫩,完全冇腥味,真係好好味!金柚子蝦沙律($128)呢道菜色彩繽紛,睇落就好開胃。金柚子嘅清新果香配合新鮮蝦肉,味道清爽之餘,仲有一絲微酸,令我一口接一口停唔到。唔會過甜,令整道菜更加清新,夏天食真係最啱。新鮮椰青 ($38)真心唔算貴,清涼解渴,椰肉鮮嫩,口感滑溜,而且包好曬都企理衛生新鮮!香蕉薄餅 ($68)呢道甜品簡直係完美嘅結尾!薄餅外脆內軟,包住香甜嘅香蕉,甜而不膩。每一口都充滿幸福感! continue reading
