旺角太子有唔少嘅泰國菜選擇,呢間泰國菜一直都大獲好評,今日再食,果然水準依然首先點左個泰式小食拼盤$138(小),裏面包括雞翼,蝦餅,魚餅,春卷同香葉包辣雞。啱晒貪心嘅你同我開心share樣樣都好好食,最欣賞嘅係佢嘅春卷裏面好料了外面又夠脆另外雞翼同香辣雞都好惹味食得泰國嘢一定要點我最鍾意嘅青咖喱牛腩$98,可以揀牛/雞/豬。青咖喱啱晒我呢啲中意咖哩又唔係好食得辣嘅人🙈夠creamy有椰奶香,有咖喱嘅惹味得來又吾辣,用嚟送飯真係一流(蛋黃哥都眼甘甘望住😂)牛腩比較煙韌,都好入味肉碎粉絲湯$78 ,其實裏面都好多材料,有粟米仔,娃娃菜,粉絲,肉碎,菇同玉子個湯飲落去好清甜又有鮮味,粉絲夠爽口食得泰國嘢梗係唔可以錯過椰汁西米糕$38好creamy,好重椰香,裏面嘅西米份量好多,面層好滑,咬落去爽口,價錢又平必叫呀椰青$48,夠多肉又清甜一杯野飲啦兩種食法另外我就叫左青檸梳打$38,甜甜酸酸,又消暑買完單出去發現下次可以早啲嚟或者遲啲來,仲有85折添,抵食之中更抵食 continue reading

今天下午與朋友到花園街shopping,之後想揾一間餐廳吃晚飯,想起太子附近有一間泰菜餐廳,就入內先唞唞,之後才吃晚餐。泰菜餐廳外觀與一般泰菜餐廳不同,一列黑色門框襯落地玻璃,內部裝修也是以黑色作主調,配以少量金色作為點輟, 型格中顯得高貴有格調。由於時間尚早,餐廳顯得清靜,我們先下單喝特色飲品,讓疲憊的雙腳先休息,才慢慢吃晚飯。沙冰大大杯,用火龍果打成,顏色鮮豔,味道清新。用完個菠蘿打成,沙冰非常軟滑,味道香甜, 份量很大,如果天氣炎熱的時候享用,會更加透心凉。香甜金柚子,加點點椰糖,配大大隻鮮蝦和腰果,酸甜微辣,越食越開胃。烏頭魚體積不少,足有十多兩重,烏頭魚抹上粗鹽來燒,上桌前預先將魚皮揭起,方便食用,非常細心。魚皮燒得香脆,掃去魚皮表面粗鹽,入口咔咔聲,很特別。魚肉鮮嫩可口,外皮香脆但魚肉仍保持多汁,厨師烹調功夫非常到家,燒魚沾特製酸甜汁配飯吃一流。雜菜有芥蘭、西蘭花、椰菜花、雜菇……等,用蒜蓉炒,味道唔錯。西米糕不太甜,椰汁味香濃, 小小的五件,兩個人分享剛好。這一餐最難忘的是鹽燒烏頭魚,是我近期吃過最好的燒魚。 continue reading

自從上次一嘗即叫即燒鹽燒鮮魚後,一直對其熱得出煙的鮮嫩魚肉念念不忘。今晚於太子等老公放工後,兩人行到花園街街尾不其然又諗起此泰菜館。泰聚原來因應冬天而增加了泰式火鍋,不過因為怕熱氣,改為點小菜。餐廳亦有二人套餐,但見鹽燒鮮魚有特價,就改為散叫好了。金柚子蝦球沙律金柚肉撕成大塊,入口很有質感飽滿,味道甜美多汁。蝦球不只爽脆,亦蝦味濃郁。此沙律用上切碎檸檬葉調味,既清新又幽香,作為前菜很開胃。泰式炒雜菜泰式炒雜菜用上很多不同菇菜如秀珍菇、紅蘿蔔、娃娃菜、西蘭花、椰菜花、粟米芯、芥蘭等,泰式調味不濃,味道清新爽脆。鹽燒烏頭鹽燒烏頭因為即燒關係,等了差不多半個鐘。烏頭魚用了不少鹽醃,撕開外皮內裡魚肉鹹鮮嫩滑,魚肚放入香葉、南薑與香茅同燒,不用點醬已非常美味,當然點辣醬就更加增添味道。老公不太愛食原條魚但都食了不少,此道菜實在很適合怕清蒸魚腥的人,可以吸引其多食鮮魚。椰汁西米糕椰汁西米糕軟滑味道清甜,下面有粒粒粟米增加其口感。原個菠蘿沙冰菠蘿沙冰用上原個迷你菠蘿,沙冰菠蘿味道濃郁,清甜解喝。餐牌原個生果沙冰除菠蘿外,另有西瓜,到夏天時定要一試。泰聚的洗手間很清潔很乾淨,擺設很有泰式感覺,非常難得。 continue reading

雖然成日喺九龍城食好多泰國餐廳 但有朋友介紹太子有間餐廳都做得好正宗所以就嚟 試下 餐廳氣氛好唔錯有個彷燒蠟燭 點最好有氣氛肉碎粉絲湯啲粉絲唔會煮到好軟飲埋個湯同啲肉碎好夾, 唔會煮到好清淡 一飲再飲 仲有啲雜菜都索曬湯嘅味 好好味泰式小食拼盤(小)呢個拼盤樣樣泰國小食多齊全,炸蝦餅,魚餅,春卷,雞翼同埋荷葉包雞!魚餅出色,咬一口入面既菜豆爆出來,相當足料。荷葉雞都包住2左雞肉既汁,外面乾身入面juicy,一定要食~其他小食都不失望~佩埋泰式醬汁青咖哩牛腩配飯青咖哩過癮,夠辣 配埋飯同煮得剛好既牛腩是無敵,牛腩多肉帶小筋岩哂喜歡食肉獸的我甜品椰汁糕甜品黎啦~食完辣野再食呢個特別有mood, 上面係好重味既椰漿,下面係西米露糕咁,食哂好好味好清甜蜜糖檸檬沙冰不得不說杯沙冰,大大杯,飲落去唔會好酸,蜜糖味重d帶檸檬香味,不過唔會超甜,杯野整體好清甜解渴,獨特。必點 continue reading

早幾排睇咗介紹食泰式火鍋,搞到我都好想試,於是都搵咗好幾間泰式火鍋,見到泰聚咁多好評都應該無伏。三款湯底三款配料,夠簡而精。百幾蚊有湯飲又可以打邊爐又幾抵食。我同友人分別叫咗一個冬蔭公同椰汁雞湯底,各自叫了海鮮同雞豬作配菜。食泰國菜有七成都胃口都係留比冬蔭公,叫冬蔭公湯底就可以滿足有得飲湯又打邊爐嘅願望。呢度最好嘅係冬蔭公並無因為用作打邊爐而溝稀咗,而係一個不折不扣嘅冬蔭公整鍋送上,當然本身湯底並無好似單點一個冬蔭公咁有海鮮,但味道好夠鮮味,濃郁而且夠辣,一杯起香料好多,香茅味好重,海鮮期後加入更顯鮮味。椰汁雞湯同樣無令我失望,味道層次分別,先來有香料嘅freshness,慢慢食到雞肉煲出來嘅油香同甜味。老實講呢個椰汁雞湯比起冬蔭公更加surprised,因為冬蔭公本身質素好平穩,但係呢個椰汁雞湯無expected過咁香甜。呢個醬汁酸酸地又幾開胃,不過本身湯底都好濃,唔洗點醬都好夠味。配菜份量都唔少,海鮮方面都有五款左右,蝦夠彈牙,蠔都夠鮮味。豬肉同雞件就唔多介紹,因為本身肉類無論配咩湯底都好食架啦!最後送上飲品同甜品,青檸梳打同椰汁冰貫徹泰國飲到嘅味道。千層糕好煙韌,成餐飯唯一一樣唔好嘅就係個西米糕過稀!如果可以改一改個食譜就perfect! continue reading
