這間瑞士㗎啡室現在只售賣各式麵包、西餅、蛋糕的店舖，不是一間有堂食可坐下吃中西餐的餐室。今天我買的是瑞士卷蛋蛋糕，有不同口味包括抹茶味、朱古力味、咖啡味及原味。我要了原味卷蛋，基本上原味的瑞士卷蛋是海綿蛋糕捲起成旋渦狀的一條蛋糕，外面焗成深啡色而裡面包着忌廉餡料的金黃色蛋糕。這間店的卷蛋相比起其他連鎖餅店較新鮮，吃入口軟孰鬆化些，不會有放久了的實嫡嫡感覺，忌廉比例足夠，$16一條切成六塊，算很抵食。 continue reading
