星期日早上行過中環，想找一間比較寫意餐廳午餐前。路過此cafe, 有樹陰，環境算為寫意，但算小店，裝修發擺設稍為凌亂，但因未找到餐廳，於是決定坐下來，享受一杯簡單咖啡再出發找尋午餐。點了一杯iced latte, 店員很友善地問客人要什麼奶配搭，可選。再問座食家行街，我答soy Milk 堂食。店員很快地遞上一杯上面窄下面闊，杯底厚及多冰的iced latte。心想兩啖已經飲完🥹，如果咖啡質素高，好像另外專門出咖啡的店舖，60元也不為過。但份量少之餘，最重要係咖啡豆及烘焙質素， 十分差劣😞😞😞飲完後，去結帳時，先知iced 雖要加錢，soy milk 雖要加錢，1. Soy milk 加錢2. Iced 加錢3. 堂食再加錢一杯原本性價比低$50元，比附近cafe 貴而且質素低份量少的咖啡。最後變成$66元。個人感受，性價比低及濫收情況嚴重。比起IFC望海景blue coffee, 專做咖啡的coffee acadexxx,或附近環境更好的位於永利街的cafe shop 貴很多差很多。個人非常少寫食評，除非極不推薦🥲🥲質素差到相都唔想影就走左。最後，我去的時候是剛剛開鋪，所有前一日賣不完切開一件件都的蛋糕🍰已存在，杯架還未清楚好已存在，各位可自行判斷蛋糕質素。

Double Earl Grey Cake $95 店家主打gluten free既蛋糕🍰 所有蛋糕都無蛋無奶無麩質 適合素食既朋友✨ 雖然價錢略貴 但蛋糕既size係坊間既2-3倍 適合2個人share 所以除返開都係正常價錢😌係冇用麵粉既情況下整出黎既蛋糕更加有口感 但同時都有一定既鬆軟度🥰 成個蛋糕既精粹在於蛋糕既cream好綿滑 而且帶在淡淡既玫瑰花香味 加上幾層既伯爵茶蛋糕 感常非常清新仲有飽腹感 推介😋 評分: 9.5/10🌟

Came here based on recommendation from a friend and decided to try their cake. I was not disappointed, the cake was so delicious and portion is quite large . I felt guilty that i had to go for a long walk afterwards to burnt off the calories Ive taken in. The cake has a complex taste to the palette and just integrated so nicely. There are also a variety of cakes to choose from ,some even made vegan. I would come back next time with a friend who could share a cake with me . For a person that doesnt usually like eating sweet stuff giving such high review it truely means something.

Earl grey banana signature cake Food quality: The cream was super tasty. It is sweet and relatively solid than regular creamWe like the cream so much that we searched it up immediately at the pastry shop🤣 I think it’s called barvarian creamThe cake in general tastes really good too. It has strong banana flavour. It’s texture is like banana loaf but with layers of different ingredients. Price: I think it’s a little overpriced.

這間gluten free 蛋糕店開業了幾年年，店內蛋糕樣子十分吸引。是次試味的是Chocolate Raspberry Cake，Chocolate及Raspberry味道都出，酸酸甜甜，整個蛋糕甜而不膩，不過蛋糕定價好貴，大部份蛋糕都差不多成百元一塊。只有一次，之後食唔起了......
