早兩日行黃埔,打算食壽司郎,但見到好多人等位,所以轉食鮨竜嘅Omakase 。餐牌有唔同價格、份量嘅套餐俾大家揀。我地就食套餐-竜。先黎一碗茶碗蒸,入口勁滑,加了日本蕨菜,口感有一點爽脆。食完茶碗蒸暖暖胃,就開始食刺身,有間白魚、太刀魚、依左木、拖羅,材料都幾新鮮,當然最鍾意係拖羅,勁肥美。汁煮花螺,隻隻都無沙,而且好入味。6件手握壽司,墨魚、赤貝、深海池魚、馬糞海膽、櫻鱒、中拖羅,墨魚加上烏魚子粉、深海池魚加上蔥和梅花提昇壽司嘅味道,墨魚入口腍腍的,超正。馬糞海膽份量都幾多,而且好鮮甜。食完壽司就會送上一碗丼飯,裡面有大量切粒嘅三文魚和帶子,再係上面加左蟹子,令口感豐富嘅丼飯增加香脆口感,而且一D醬油又唔洗加都好夠味。最後來一碗赤魚子湯,佢地加入左蝦頭去煮,入口鮮味十足,啖啖重有蝦的鮮味。最後來一杯開心果雪糕,味道夠濃,夏天消暑一流。
