壽司總共有五件,雖然數量比較少,但每件壽司都令我欲罷不能。師傅除咗提供薑片仲有冰頭漬,作用一樣係每件壽司之間比客人清一清味蕾。冰頭漬人口爽脆,味道酸酸甜甜。比起薑片,我更愛冰頭漬💕。

一件壽司有三層,見到都已經流晒口水🤤,甘甜嘅海膽、鮮甜既赤蝦加上多汁既海葡萄,三者既配合猶如交響樂,即使食完都令人回味至今。

- 天婦羅
天婦羅包括目光魚、明太子青椒仔、鮑魚同蝦。鮨月嘅天婦羅幾有新鮮感,粉槳夠薄,其中明太子青椒仔最深刻,明太子嘅鹹香蓋過青椒既特殊味道,另外目光魚肉質好嫩滑,外皮香脆,可謂外脆內軟。

除咗以上咁多款食物,套餐仲包埋甜品、茶漬飯等等,相當豐富。食物種類係我食過咁多Omakase之中最多款,如果多啲壽司會更好。不過整體來講鮨月的確出色,通過「鮨」字既考驗😎

柚子皮真鯛
醋魚作開胃菜一流,仲有柚子入饌,清香醒神。

冰菜配三文魚子、海膽豆腐
個頭食完酸味,呢度已經俾緊第二重感受你,三文魚子咬口配冰菜爽度,海膽濃鮮再配軟滑豆腐,好似試緊你條脷咁。

北海道厚岸蠔
唔止個岸夠厚,隻蠔都一流厚大,又新鮮又肥,入口個下想一嘢流落去胃。

粒貝
岩鹽配牛扒就多,配新鮮刺身都少見,仲有即磨芥末,「哦E斯」!激發哂貝產的鮮味。

吞拿魚赤身
赤身本身我唔多鍾意,皆因出面食都乾身。但新鮮的確係唔同,令我另眼相看,下次去第度都會試多次,睇下有無相同咁好體驗。

金時鯛壽司
鯛魚有另類油脂香,再配乾白梅,魚味濃,入口香,再加壽司飯,難得白魚咁配白飯。

浜鯛壽司
胡椒配上鯛魚竟然出奇地夾,食埋呢隻鯛可以總結到鯛魚新鮮嘅話,多數都有實肉口感,但又唔會好難咬,只係比一般魚肉實淨,但魚味好足。

愛女壽司
鹽漬海藻又嚟引發鮮味,加上灸燒香口,好唔夠喉。

赤蝦、海膽、海葡萄
其中一個重頭戲嚟啦!赤蝦鮮甜大隻,加上海膽,紅紅黃黃嘅賣相已夠吸引,仲有水中至寶之一海葡萄伴住。鮮味赤蝦、濃味海膽、和味葡萄,無得輸!

大拖羅壽司
高處未算高,近魚鮫頸嘅黃金部位,肉嫩甘香,有大拖質素又別有一番風味,推推推!

燒太刀魚
完哂刺身壽司,嚟啲熱食,凸顯呢間餐廳多元化,無想過可以食到居酒屋料理。肉味出,燒魚香,又食住魚味個勢,唔會太突兀。

免治雞肉棒
雞肉棒,足料同埋魚同雞以香肉作轉配都唔錯,呢個時候就係差杯清酒,可惜朋友同我今晚無打算飲。

天婦羅雜錦
又蝦又蕃薯又秋葵,非常豐富。

冷麵
食完熱嘢少少油,又送返個冷麵俾你過下冷河,爽皮。

日本嘢香港好搶手,靜靜哋嘅和味,好難搵。我會同朋友珍惜呢片樂土。

接住嚟就係熱食啦,有免治雞肉棒,呢味相對普通,但係都好食嘅!跟住係大阪燒、勁好食炒鮑魚、同天婦羅拼盤。呢度將白子做成天婦羅,味道唔錯,都幾特別!結尾就係明太子茶泡飯,超多明太子,但係就咸咗少少!

最後有蟹肉茶漬飯,好清爽,係一個好好嘅結尾呀。
