半島酒店嘉麟樓既迷你奶皇月餅,一向都多人追捧,今年有幸可以一試。迷你奶皇月餅一盒有8小個,包裝精美,分有兩層,一層有4個。月餅餅皮鬆脆,吃時要一啖過咬下去,否則很容易碎開,月餅入面既奶皇餡料實在,但好像有點兒過實,不夠鬆軟,還有點兒乾身,咬落去好似想成個碎開甘,比較鬆散。另外,奶皇味道亦不夠濃郁,亦不夠幼滑,以從前六星級的質數來講,今年不算有驚喜,反而有點失望。以呢個價格來講,實在可以做得更好,希望來年會有所改善吧~~

之後將一早已安排好的蛋糕及禮物拿出來,來張第一次、但也可能是最後一次的生日大合照... 放心,甜魔媽媽與清麗村姑、車媽媽關係沒變,至於第四位朋友,以後未必那麼常見了。



還要趕著赴下場約會,這天蛋糕沒時間、也沒胃口吃了,但印象中半島鮮果忌廉蛋糕是神級水準,好生懷念!
