To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年冇來,自然都加咗價!飄香乾鮑荷葉飯$138,上次食無乾鮑,賣$108,冬菇,鴨肉絲,原隻鲍魚,茶匙般大, 鮮味, 彈彈,飯當然有荷香味,配合五星級酒店質素。和牛包$90,墨西哥皮面,鬆脆,不膩,因黑椒味濃,蓋和牛味,當然和牛餡是小粒,不多,有洋葱粒,提升餡汁香甜味。千絲穌,雜菌碎,蘿蔔絲香幼,無肉,凍咗才感有松露味,每個都插小花,精緻。匈牙利鬈毛豬叉燒腸粉, 叉燒飽滿, 肉味都濃但唔係好特別嗰隻, 粉皮晶瑩爽夾滑。
