今晚到星月樓食晚飯,叫了例牌乳豬,燒乳鴿,咕嚕肉等。想著的乳豬竟然是翻炸的,翻炸乳豬扮脆皮。侍應竟然敢來過嚟說乳豬皮薄甚靚。我直接對她說你的乳豬翻炸過的。她竟然說翻炸過的更好食,我對他說從來不會有間酒家翻炸乳豬給客人吃。她沒趣的走開。是的,從來沒想過有一間酒樓這樣騙人。以後永不幫襯。同行的母親八十多歲,喜歡食乳豬;亦表示這家酒家的乳豬是她吃過最差的一家。咕嚕肉就是肥肉或炸粉多,瘦肉的部分少得可憐。燒乳鴿亦未見皮脆,乳鴿亦顯得不夠味。

The signature Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork here was of course everyone’s favourite. The caramelised coating went so well with the rice! The best part of it all, was the free corkage! We drank a few bottles and had a great time.

晚上從澳門到上環碼頭乘船回來,便從網上找到這間中式酒樓。大沙巴龍躉兩味我比較喜歡干煸斑頭腩,因為有醬油味的,味道比較濃。魚肉也很多,骨比較少。但是碧綠炒班球,味道較為清淡,西蘭花比較硬,適合愛健康的人。一魚兩食,$298,價錢不算便宜,但由於店舖位於上環地區,所以還算可以。東瀛鴛鴦碧綠蝦球我比較喜歡在酒樓點蝦球,因為蝦比較大,通常都是用新鮮的大蝦,挑掉蝦腸,再以西芹伴碟。這間的蝦挺新鮮的,都係肉質比較彈牙。本來還想要一道佛跳牆,可惜來得比較晚,已售罄。
