Farewell lunch for one of my teammates, haven't had dim sum for a long time, so decided to try this place. Food was ok overall but horrible service. We just sat down, ordered some dim sum, and suddenly the waitress put     down a bowl of red bean soup (desert), we told her we didn't order it, but the rude waitress insisted we did and after checking the dim sum sheet, she was obviously wrong but she did not apologize. Another incident was we ordered some lotus cakes and asked her to cut in halves

At the end, she didn't help in anyway. The restaurant should seriously teach      their staff some customer service manners / courtesy.

十一點八入去,十二點四十五分要交枱,上到去一開茶就比錯,叫佢換過,攞開個壺又唔記得換,攪一大輪。要人客快走,自己伙記做嘢又唔趕得,雖然啲食物唔錯,價錢又合理,但心情唔好就千奇咪入去,因為唔止好飽,仲會頂住條氣!

由於我住在附近所以開業不久我已惠顧好幾次。開業短短一兩個月已明顯見到服務水準下降。尤其樓下那位口黑面黑的知客,簡直令人倒胃口。昨天我和家人去飲茶,11:30am等到它開門一進去那位女知客就叫我們12:45pm還枱,我説飲茶一小時十五分鐘好像急了一點,個半鐘可以嗎,她說「人哋利苑俾你一個小時咋!」態度極為傲慢。我心想人哋係利苑你唔係吖嗎亞姐。一間好好的酒樓有如此低質素的知客實在可惜!食物方面:燒賣的蝦很大很爽腸粉的皮拉得很薄叉燒波蘿包很鬆軟咸水角炸得很好煎堆仔的奶皇流心做得好小龍包的皮太厚,普普通通食物是可以的,但服務如此惡劣,還是不需再回去,可惜!

颱風假當天,冒著滂沱大雨,驅車直奔利東街的雙喜樓,這是朋友最近心儀的食府。

翻開餐牌,選擇不少,點了多款懷舊菜式。
先來鐵板义燒,選用最軟腍的豬腩肉,以傳統手法,分兩段燒烤,令肉質更為鬆化,醬汁由多種香料混成,微甜之中帶點鹹檸檬的香氣,賣相誘人,可惜店員冷待我們這碟原本熱辣辣的鐵板义燒,將之放在一旁,沒有即時上桌,經我們再三提醒,才如夢初醒,醬汁倒上鐵板時,已沒有嗞嗞作聲,實在令人憤怒又失望。

啫啫生菜煲,熱騰騰翠綠生菜,香氣四溢,非常惹味,可惜煲身太大,或可能生菜份量太少,賣相不太完整。

蠔仔菜脯煎蛋,蠔味鮮香,菜脯爽脆,加上微焦蛋香,我的至愛。
梅菜扣肉煲,梅菜帶點甜口,不會過鹹,扣肉肥廋相隔,軟腍入味,滋味十足。
欖菜肉鬆蒸茄子,茄子已去皮,吸飽肉鬆及欖菜的鹹香,非常入味,佐飯一流。

菠蘿生炒骨,蘸滿酸甜醬的生炒骨,薄薄炸醬口感十分酥脆,內裡仍保持豐富肉汁,朋友讚不絕口。

蝦子柚皮,口感綿密,帶著淡淡蝦子鮮香,芡汁濃稠適中。
雜菌炆伊麵,不油不膩,帶點煙韌,可惜味道較淡,唯有蘸點辣椒醬提味。

乳豬例應值幾多元?!我們叫了乳豬套餐248灣仔是兒時地頭一 去灣仔我就生龍活虎原來利東街已變天全新雙喜樓同以前老派的一些關係都無希奇的水準248一套實在很好味甘夠脆脆皮卻不搶味好好吃皮片得薄很少一層肥膏神來之刀普通燒鵝不過的確是鵝一流瀨粉很少地方這樣用心做湯瀨真心一讚芥蘭菜出色無邊度好過考慮埋價錢。油雞太咸不推介今天去灣仔午茶老吃家帶到利東街新雙喜完全估不到食了滿分乳豬例牌160多覺得很相宜!?全部每人只用約110元吃乳豬那麼到位實在太抵食一午餐

上周末来过之后,刚刚这个周末再来。地点方便,周围有地方逛,装潢也挺高级的,价钱又意外地大众化,所以家人都喜欢到这里午饭。脆皮餐包很受欢迎,差不多每台都会点;鬆脆美味。虾饺也做得很好。核桃流心包也是至爱,不过吃时真的要留心,热浆四浅。午市的A餐是1/4乳猪,姜汁介兰,米粉/赖粉/河粉选一。乳猪份量够,皮脆,调味对板;姜汁介兰很嫩,姜汁味很出。米粉里有生菜丝、玉米粒、葱花等配料,汤底有调味但不咸。大家也很讃这个套餐,每次来都点。茶不错。服务主动。难怪假日未到中午已差不多坐满了。
