每次夜晚經過寶勒巷都超多人等位,今日決定同朋友下午過嚟食,終於明白點解尖沙咀咁多韓國餐廳,佢地都依然咁多人排隊佢哋嘅正宗韓國人主理嘅餐廳,口味非常正宗,我見佢哋有牛腸鍋,香港都唔係好多地方有,不過朋友就唔係特別鍾意食,所以就無叫到。我哋叫左烤八爪魚五花肉,一個鍋上,一邊煮一邊食,冬天食真係好正,熱辣辣。個份量係超級足,兩個人完全食唔晒。另外仲叫左牛肋骨鍋同海鮮煎餅,牛肉好淋好入味,啖啖肉,而個海鮮煎餅好香脆又多料,真心唔錯。

唔知係咪最近煲得韓劇多,總係好想去食韓國菜,所以今次就搵咗呢間夜首爾。入到餐廳啲裝修好有韓國地道感覺,面積都唔細有兩層。調味牛肋骨🥩店員會先煎過外皮,再切成一粒粒,我燒咗一陣半生熟咁食,牛肉肉質十分嫩,調味醬恰到好處又唔會遮蓋牛味👍🏻調味牛小排同樣好味,而且牛小排脂肪較多,食落更juicy。🐖厚切五花腩!韓燒必不可少嘅一樣!五花腩一層肥一層瘦夾住,燒得香脆並且充滿油脂,好好味。但豬梅花肉就一般般,可能唔太肥,所以食落有啲鞋,又無咩味。另外仲叫咗海鮮煎餅,煎得十分香脆,海鮮又足料沾上醬汁一齊食好正。成日睇韓劇都見佢地食完燒肉會叫返碗水冷麵食,我地又學下😂,最後叫咗碗水冷麵。一開始食覺得唔係好夠味,問店員拎咗啲醋,加咗醋𣊬間提升咗碗麵。全晚一路飲燒啤食燒肉一路傾計感覺好正,但可惜係餐廳嘅抽油煙系統有啲差😟,甚至有啲懷疑係無抽油煙嘅設備,成餐飯都覺得油煙味極重抽唔走。

全晚一路飲燒啤食燒肉一路傾計感覺好正,但可惜係餐廳嘅抽油煙系統有啲差😟,甚至有啲懷疑係無抽油煙嘅設備,成餐飯都覺得油煙味極重抽唔走。

唉 之前去过吃午饭觉得还可以,昨天晚餐带小伙伴吃烤肉,结果吃完两个人当天晚上就开始拉肚子,今天一整天都没能恢复。食物可能不新鲜,肉都是冻的,现场解冻,也可能是乳酸菌米酒。抛开这个不说,基本没有服务,烤盘很容易黑,两盘肉换了两次都不够,对于这个价格还不如自己在家吃。烤肉的生菜要单独买。除了小菜味道ok,其他都非常一般,再也不会来了点了:海带汤、海鲜饼、牛肋条肉、薄五花肚子现在还在疼,在香港这么多年吃饭基本没遇到过食品卫生问题,太让人失望了。
