布袋澳海鮮位置雖然偏遠,但布袋澳都非常出名食海鮮,好多人都會慕名而來,布袋澳只有兩間酒家,其中一家海鮮島,我都已經來過很多次了,地方夠大空曠,吹吹海風、睇風景,海鮮島的裝修略為舊,樓下是室外沒有冷氣,但可以望住過海食嘢,樓上是有冷氣的座位。至於食物種類海鮮多款式,不過味道水準唔太穩定,招呼服務完全可以講係零,價錢正常嘅唔貴。如果放假想去遠啲,都可以一去嘅,因為一面食海鮮一面可以看到海景,都令人心情開朗,嗰度環境寧靜。 continue reading

細個就興去三聖村,愈大愈貴又俾人抽水咁,就轉番去食西貢小店。可惜食開嘅都執埋喇。幸好搵到海鮮島,一條龍反而高透明度,係曬你面前揀又有曬價錢。真係介紹新鮮時令之選,套餐夠選擇又抵食,萬一真係無貨都絕對會換番相應價錢嘅美食。疫情間大減出街食好野機會,難得黎到,叫番個屈機象拔蚌先!超大條,刀工好好,分開三個唔同部位,我自己就鐘意食爽身位,軟身位就會滑身d。更驚喜係兩味嘅另一款用咗嚟煲粥,非常足料又清甜,可能爐火夠加,粥做到超綿身。下次可唔可以只叫粥食呀?哈哈!很想要呀!再黎大大隻聖子,真係好新鮮所以真心唔需要太多調味,滿滿蒜蓉大量粉絲,聖子又白淨又彈牙。豪開就叫埋龍躉兩味,清濃兩味。配西芹就大大啖無骨肉;芡汁白菜底,有骨位置勁入味,魚雲魚旗一樣有肉,絕對食得飽。招牌瑤柱帝皇雞係海鮮以外我大推嘅,用藥材、瑤柱同蝦米等等材料猛火浸熟。平時唔食雞皮嘅我都忍唔住,連雞皮都浸到入曬味,軟身又保留到應有口感。雞肉就滑身,仲可以一絲絲撕出嚟食。選雞都揀d做開運動嘅,係咪配合奧運?下次繼續食…好彩海鮮係低脂高蛋白,唔怕食得多d! continue reading

前排天氣好好果陣去左行釣魚翁加布袋澳食海鮮!呢到海鮮真係唔錯,又無西貢果啲海鮮餐廳咁商業化。呢到得2間海鮮餐廳,我就鍾意呢間海鮮島啦。$208 花雕蛋白蒸蜆,蛋十分滑,蜆大大粒,入口有花雕味👍🏻$168 魚翁蜆皇湯,呢個係胡椒味既湯,有十零粒大蜆,豆腐同粉絲,但食落一般,無乜特別。$38隻,粉絲蒸扇貝,心叫!大大隻扇貝食落啖啖肉!👍🏻$38隻,豉椒炒蟶子,都係必叫!大大條蟶子!👍🏻$88 咸魚雞粒炒飯,個飯炒得粒粒分明,唔錯!呢餐埋單$700,我地2個人食到超飽,1人$350都係合理價錢。但其實份量係可以3個人食既。 continue reading
