布袋澳一直係我嘅家人好喜歡嘅食海鮮點,最主要係為咗食依度好有代表性嘅墨魚刺身🦑,同埋每次媽咪都會順便喺村口嘅乾貨檔買章魚乾返屋企煲湯。墨魚剌身 - 布袋澳嘅代表作。墨魚好新鮮片得好薄,好食過好多日本餐廳。墨魚第二食係炸墨魚鬚,好脆好味。白灼蝦 ~ 新鮮彈牙,我本來敏感但偷偷食咗一隻!唔記得影相添!😋豉椒炒蜆 ~ 好味但汁少咗啲。白灼東風螺 ~ 好新鮮。椒鹽瀨尿蝦 ~ 依碟最貴,雨件大瀬尿蝦盛惠五百幾。雖然好食,但可能下次叫龍蝦可能仲抵啲。菠蘿咕嚕肉 ~ 個人認為比較遜色,肉有啲硬。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝 ~ 蒜蓉略嫌有啲生,但豉油汁就好味,扇貝好厚肉。炒白菜 + 楊州炒飯 ~ ok!不過不失,滿意。旁邊嘅糖水檔,我本人就只愛依度嘅涼粉,加咗奶感覺有啲懷舊。家人話其他糖水口味就似乎麻麻。走之前再睇返吓布袋澳嘅魚村景色都幾舒服㗎! continue reading

中午一家人去了這間海鮮酒家食海鮮🦞,環境還是不錯的,價錢有點貴,可能又是賺遊客生意的錢。食了椒鹽瀨尿蝦,椒鹽整得幾好味,令瀨尿蝦的味道升級了😂😆,蝦的質素還是不錯的,所以很喜歡這道菜。另外還叫了龍蝦伊麵🦞,龍蝦肉好爽脆香甜,汁好味但係吃著吃著又會覺得膩,麵都幾好咬口。至於咕嚕肉,不知道是炸得不夠酥脆,還是炸完的皮被汁浸了很久,所以軟軟的,上面的麵粉的溶呼呼的,唸曬,不夠香口,欠缺了些少⋯⋯但汁還是不錯的。 continue reading

說起食海鮮,布袋澳是其中一個常常被人提起的地方,我們這一家這次因為父親節晚飯的緣故,遠道而來了!晚上7時多到達,我們是駕車來到的,開到村口,會有海鮮檔的人引領你把車泊到老遠,然後我們步行了長長的一段路,先經過另一間發記才到達最入面的海鮮島(溫馨提示,沿路行入黎都幾多蚊下...)黎之前打電話訂位既時候了解o左佢既收費,見到呢度都係食圍餐多,佢主要有三個餐因為我o地得7個人唔夠一圍,所以佢係計我o地餐牌上面既價錢除2再加多$350(平D果2個餐)/$450(最貴果個餐)因為魚無得半條,蟹無得1隻半,所以加錢係會比番原整一條魚同三隻蟹比我o地我o地叫o左中間價錢果個龍鳳宴,所以係($3980/2)+$350=$2340白灼生海蝦..作為第一碟上既海鮮,佢開o左個好頭,雖然係細隻o左DD,但好鮮甜,亦都好快手比我o地每人幾隻清哂椒鹽鮮魷係第二碟上既,其實佢都算炸得幾OK..炸粉好薄,但因為餸太多既關係,最後食剩好多鮮魷..好可惜芝士/上湯焗龍蝦(伊麵底)我o地揀o左上湯無咁漏,但係個龍蝦應該係全部海鮮入面最唔好食既,食唔到鮮甜味,好失望,所以就算佢有好多肉我o地都食剩好多椒鹽瀨尿蝦還不錯,都幾大隻,但佢四隻剪開上,所以每人都無一舊細既...好唔夠喉清蒸沙巴龍躉...條魚算係蒸得剛剛好,但都唔算話太滑避風塘炒辣蟹...中規中矩,無咩特別...但佢疑似變o左薑蔥炒蟹古法蒸鮑魚..我覺得係全晚最好味既海鮮,清甜不突止,蒸得剛剛好,唔會話好韌咬唔開魚翁蜆皇湯..呢個湯我當初睇OPEN RICE既相已經流哂口水,完全想像到佢一定好正,果然無令我失望D蜆勁大隻,絕對對得住蜆皇呢個名,不過無諗過佢會落胡椒去煲,個味都夾既,如果胡椒味可以再重D就更正啦,湯底仲有豆腐同咸菜瑤柱帝皇雞...全家都讚好既雞,佢唔似係平時酒樓食圍餐果D雪雞..又林又無味,食得出佢好有雞味之餘仲有一定既韌度紫菜蟹皇飯...佢上果個明顯係揚州炒飯啦...不過到最後我o地都好飽,已經唔想再去問點解唔係上紫菜蟹皇飯比我o地因為屋企人一定要食飯,而我o地又唔記得個餐包o左炒飯同伊麵,叫o左幾個白飯...所以最後就算打包o左D剩餸走..都避免唔到要做大嘥鬼其實成個餐非常夠食有突,埋o左單之後個店員同我o地講話老闆唔記得o左收到我o地個另加既椒鹽鮮魷同腐乳炒通菜錢我o地話比番,佢係咁話唔洗啦...跟住先發現原來我o地個餐係無包椒鹽鮮魷,平D個餐先有..但其實我o地無另外叫到..可以話係佢上錯..而我o地又無為意就食o左啦...美麗的錯誤呢度都幾隨心..好似佢有咩就比咩你咁...所以都唔洗太盡信個MENU...相比起食開既屯門三聖,布袋澳係近好多,價錢相對黎講都平DD...但海鮮既質素黎講真係爭幾遠下...呢度可以一試..但無必要再回頭 continue reading

因為行山嘅關係, 上完釣魚翁再落布袋澳, 當然唔可以錯過喺布袋澳食海鮮啦,呢個係以前家人有大事慶祝先會去嘅地方。就算是假日,這個地方唔再好似以前咁多人,唔需要訂位,你入到去可以隨意揀枱坐,然後自己揀海鮮,食物質素依然好好,你可以見到我哋嘅鮑魚好有光凙,而鹽焗蟹係我哋覺得今次冇黎錯嘅。奄仔蟹非常之鮮味而且都充滿黃油蟹膏,簡直令人食指大動。其實去呢度都唔係好困難,我哋出返去都係直接喺餐廳門口出面就有綠色嘅小巴直接出到去寶琳嘅地鐵站。$9 交通費就食到正正海鮮!一定會再來幫襯. 唔一定次次去西貢大街同人逼既~ continue reading
