啲飯粒好煙韌,個水份量做得好好,令飯粒口感非常好。啲豉椒同蒜蓉嘅味道好香濃,同埋帶子都好新鮮,加上蒸飯將荷葉同豉蒜焗返入去,每啖飯感覺都非常香。

呢杯抹茶奇異果味道清涼怡人,抹茶味道唔會調得太濃,令奇異果嘅酸甜同抹茶更完美結合。另外有可愛嘅熊仔冰係面頭,後尾先發現原來熊仔冰都帶有少少甜味,整碎仲可以當刨冰食,好飲好食又好睇。

感覺呢間中菜好特別,餐廳環境到服務質素都唔似一般茶記,而且菜式同飲品都好有心,我見有d其他特飲仲有花花冰,係間連打卡需要都滿足到嘅餐廳😍可能都係因為本身佢品牌係有就職於日本東京富麗華多年同經驗豐富嘅師傅做主管,所以整體管理真係同一般茶記好有分別,建議大家下次都可以試試點心,都係現場即點即做嘅手作點心,下次有機會我都會試。

總括呢一間餐廳嘅性價比幾高,食物好食之餘,服務員態度親切,下次會再食。

鋿晶館(上水)餐廳位於上水龍琛路48號上水匯2樓,餐廳主打中西式茶餐廳,廚師曾就職於日本富麗華酒店,專服務明星和富貴達人,回港後在多間米芝蓮酒店和大型連鎖式集團酒樓當主管,經驗非常豐富,所有點心即場製作,係自家製品牌。餐湯姬松茸響螺燉赤肉湯燉湯材料豐富,湯底清甜,不膩,不鹹,無味精,啖啖湯都有香濃姬松茸和響螺味,此湯潤喉滋陰。香芒大蝦球大蝦球被芒果蓉包圍著,表面仲有花生碎,墊底有生菜絲,新鮮蝦球入口彈牙鮮甜,,連生菜絲都有芒菓蓉,食到滿口香芒味,廚師值得一讚。豉汁蒸白鱔配有香蔥的豉汁蒸白鱔係最佳配搭,廚師控制火喉剛剛好,啖啖白鱔肉好惹味。蒜香斑頭腩蒸飯廚師將新鮮斑頭腩用竹籠和荷葉來蒸飯,蒸飯會有荷葉香味,蒜香和蔥粒提升斑頭腩的鮮味,整個蒸飯芳香撲鼻。雞扒菠蘿包雞扒菠蘿包配有青瓜和沙律菜,菠蘿包有焗過,好脆口,大雞扒煎到金黃色,色香味俱全,啖啖雞扒肉食落好香口。餐飲有紅棗桂圓枸杞茶和咸檸七。
