To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為看到報章上的優惠覺得吸引，所以剪下優惠劵前往，誰料優惠劵有隱藏條款最終令你用不到優惠：例如入座前已詢問職員，職員說2人可用一張優惠劵，但在埋單時收銀員卻表示優惠不能用，因為我在下單時沒有說要用優惠劵所以用了正價，而且聲稱已入機改不到，而且收銀員態度惡劣態度不佳，結果被迫要付正價，就算有優惠劵用不到。沒想到這麼大的連鎖式集團連幾十蚊都要用這種方法避，一肚火，想當初因為優惠特登黎，結果⋯⋯有種上當的感覺，琵琶鴨又鞋又乾又腥完全冇肉，其他負面感觀不逐一在此列舉了，總之冇嘢值得推介。將來會永久不會再光顧，第一次打食評就送咗俾呢間

約朋友食晚飯，喺佢公司附近的酒樓，雖然之前都來食過，記得質素好似唔錯。6:30左右去到，酒樓冇咩人，環境闊落。晚飯餐單，圖文並茂，孖寶都算抵食，仲有$28特價的走地雞或者 冬瓜盅。未齊人，點個小食先。沙薑豬手$68 沙薑味濃郁，香而不鹹，豬手厚實，好似食緊骨膠原。孖寶套餐$398 ：上湯龍蝦，& 脆皮童子雞。上湯龍蝦🦞：比想像中多肉，以為一斤左右的龍蝦應該細細隻，原來份量都唔少。龍蝦肉新鮮緊實，伊麵沾滿滿龍蝦汁，唔錯。脆皮童子雞：雞皮脆口，雞肉嫩滑，點上甜甜地的黑豉油，口感唔錯。特價冬瓜盅$28 ，原來都好大一個。材料豐富，味道有少少偏鹹。三個人連加一茶錢，買單$600。晚餐環境坐得舒服，侍應也非常勤力，食物質素唔錯，可能在工業區，所以晚上比較少客人，但如果想慢慢傾偈，坐得舒舒服服，的而且確是不錯的選擇。

上堂前當然要填飽個肚，趁仲有好少的時間，去左位於企業廣場一樓茶樓到飲茶，只有半小時的時間所以我叫左湛江沙薑雞，清炒菜心。⭕湛江沙薑雞入口即融，非常滑，不鞋，配上自家制沙薑汁非常惹味，簡直同白飯非常夾。⭕清炒菜心口感清甜香脆，軟腍適中，菜心非常新鮮，爽甜。個人感覺：環境乾淨，服務良好，坐位寬敞。
