光顧了這間小店數次，每一次都有驚喜，從來沒有令我失望。喜歡喝咖啡的barista，就能夠沖調最好的咖啡給顧客，我相信這裏做得到。不同類型咖啡的taste, aroma, mouthfeel 都獨特和分明。一杯簡單的iced Americano已經知道這間小店非常用心去製作，不是用一般檸檬茶的冰，是接近威士忌級數的慢溶冰塊。老闆娘同埋員工都殷勤有禮，非常難得。 continue reading

    灣仔汕頭街最近都幾熱鬧，又有一間新既咖啡店進駐，ROR Coffee Roasters Roastery，店主會親自去咖啡莊園，同咖啡莊園建立著良好既關係，從而可以購入到優質又實惠既咖啡豆，再自己炒豆，確保咖啡豆既新鮮度店舖唔大，只得幾個座位，以外賣為主，店內有唔同既咖啡豆、掛耳咖啡包、茶包出售，亦都有甜點供應Flat white好耐未飲過Flat white 係無拉花的🫢，見到無拉花係有d失望，用上深焙咖啡豆，整杯帶nutty、可可既味道，因為奶比例唔算多，甜感欠奉Apple Pie Cookie店員會預熱返先送上，塊cookie咬落口感有點煙韌，入面食到蘋果果肉，玉桂既味道，不過我就覺得整件都較甜，食一半已經好膩，好彩配nutty既咖啡有點中和返個甜味小小既咖啡店但就卑我有種好悠然自得既感覺，坐係戶外飲住咖啡食住曲奇，真係chill呀 continue reading
