主菜選了人氣的Warm amarula cake和chocolate cheese cake pops。前者是朱古力蛋糕浸於暖的Amarula,再於上面放球sour cream雪糕和一小份香蕉。Amarula乃以非洲一種果樹的果實、糖和忌廉製成的甜酒,類似Baileys。侍者讓我一睹這支果酒,香氣獨特且濃郁,酒味很輕。浸滿amarula的蛋糕很甜膩,朱古力味因此異常低調,若非sour cream雪糕平衡,相信好甜的我亦會覺得太「漏」;香蕉面層有些微焦糖,單以焦糖香蕉論,我或會不滿,但於甜膩的amarula襯托下反顯得剛剛好。通常飲甜酒,都是加冰,因為糖份於低溫下不太明顯,反而溫暖/室溫下的甜品,會格外甜。Amarula的份量可以減少些,足夠浸滿蛋糕就好了,否則甜味蓋過一切~

Chocolate Cheesecake pops賣相別緻,其實是將芝士蛋糕製成球狀,再淋上一層朱古力,冷凍凝固,最後加點芝士餅底的消化餅碎在面。隨蛋糕球附上的士多啤梨醬甜美,與白朱古力球很相襯,加上微酸的芝士蛋糕,應該可俘擄不少女生的心;反而牛奶朱古力球則不用沾果醬更好食~

最後的petit four,不知何解只有3款:椰子棉花糖、榛子shortbread和oatmeal cookie。棉花糖夠軟糯香甜,shortbread亦夠牛油香,而曲奇餅的oatmeal很有韌勁,但餅就太薄,我就不太欣賞了。

無論氣氛、服務和味道都不錯的dessert bar。若考慮其價位和定位,水準又不算突出,主菜甜品味道雖好,卻不見獨特的食材運用和出色的技巧。將夠軟熟的朱古力蛋糕置於暖的amarula中,再於上面放球雲尼拿雪糕這類甜品,是我預期於西餐廳飯後可嚐到的,與能令我留下印象的甜品店,仍有段距離…

看著主廚在碟上畫花, 加上朱古力粒佈置十分精彩細緻
Dark Chocolate 濃稠厚味的朱古力絕對岩我, 密度頗高, 但比Brownie 輕一點
就算混和朱古力雪糕也不覺甜膩, 旁邊以火槍燒過的香蕉片, 制造了微脆效果, 減小了黏立感
看著窗外的微徵細雨, 也不影響當時的心情, 只是一小口甜點, 也逗得小女子心花怒放了

我們一行四人,除了Strawberry cream cake,其他四款盡叫,一同分甘同味。

第一道甜品是哈蜜瓜雪葩,店主很細心分開一小球,味道很自然無添加,是哈蜜瓜的原始味道,雖然說是雪葩,但除了應有的雪霜感之外,更帶有一點雪糕的Creamy,可以說是兩者之混合體。

我喜歡吃芝士,當然不能錯過Riquiqui Cheese Plate,三款芝士由濃到淡,車打芝士,帶點甜的Cambemert,和最重口味的羊奶芝士。少年時代見識不多,對羊奶芝士敬而遠之,後來逐漸地愛上,口味,是會隨著口味而改變的。這個羊奶芝士,我嫌其味道未夠騷,或者是大多人接受不到,取易不取難吧。

最基本的車打芝士,我亦喜歡,味道不是很淡的一種,而是帶點鹹香,走中間路線的Cambemert,入口香軟,比較合女生口味。

Pavlova 的典故不說太多了,Summer Berry Pavlova有別如我之前所吃的Pavlova,是外層帶點硬身,內裡還是正常的Pavlova,入口香甜而滑身,還是帶點空,不過這就是吃Pavlova的感覺。放在面上的不是色彩繽紛的水果,而只是紅莓和藍莓兩款,非常簡單,其酸甜的味道,將這個Pavlova加冕。

Malt Chocolate Mousse Bar with Brownies,兩者味道個性相近,但質感不一樣,慕絲的軟滑,與Brownie的實在,組成一剛一柔之組合,加上麥提沙更多份Crunchy口感。可是在味道層面上,兩者實在太過相近,所以擦不出什麼火花。幸而在慕絲面上的香蕉片,能為這道甜品,添上多一份色彩。

三道甜品後,感覺像沒有吃過東西下肚似的,就算這夜同行愛甜的三位女生,也是如此地想。在正常人的角度,甜品是飯後之一個環節,除非你是那些味道嚴重傾向某一邊,甜品也可當正餐的甜魔吧。堂堂男子,還是不要成魔,否則像某位仁兄,吃甜品吃到女性荷爾蒙激增,變成一個三八,在地鐵內與人互相用粗口對罵,還被人用"Youtube"拍下整個過程,結果因此而成名,淪為數以十萬計網民恥笑之對像,我想,這是報應吧?呵。

最特別的一樣,這店主打是甜品,但竟有意粉乾貨出售,而且是DE CECCO出品,價錢還比超市便宜,實在有趣。

主理人AMANDA對甜品的熱誠,大家也感覺到,但生意難做,否則也不會與團購網合作推出優惠。加上這地段的昂貴租金,座位又不多。。

希望AMANDA繼續努力吧。

接著是咸點Riquiqui Cheese Plate,三款芝士,可自由配搭青蘋果片,果仁和果乾.另外還有圓型薄脆餅乾.先吃已切成一片片的white cheddar,伴著餅乾咸香咸香的,搶閘成為最討好的一員.之後吃的Camembert較甜口軟身,挺不錯的.Goat Cheese則太親民,沒了其最有特色的酥乳香,失色.配料中餅乾似乎跟芝士最合拍,果仁要是選沒帶鹽的應該更自然更佳.最後芝士吃光了,還剩下一堆果仁和浸過糖水的果乾.

之後三個甜點幾乎同步上來.先嚐最light的Summer Berry Pavlova.外層一切開便發出清脆的聲音,中間的忌廉蛋白泡立刻下陷.我們急急的分好四份便吃.外層像是厚身版Macaron,包著的忌廉和蛋白泡質感如細絲,雲尼拿味和蛋味都發揮得宜,甜度拿捏得剛好.下面密度較高,鬆軟如蛋糕.鋪在面的雜莓,清新酸甜,比前菜密瓜雪葩更令人開胃,是整晚最出色的一款.

Malt Chocolate Mousse Bar with Brownies,麥提莎慕絲甚滑,不過實在是甜了點,也許店方可以考慮轉用黑朱古力味的麥提莎.兩旁的長條brownies朱古力味比想像中的輕,但甜味不輸Mousse,密度也不夠高,未盡完善.硬脆餅底是整個甜品的亮點,在濃稠甜膩的口味中添了分變化.

).圓形的蛋糕如一個舞臺,臺上是一些脆粒和焦糖香蕉.蛋糕輕輕帶甜,酒味不太重,但我還是喜歡Bailey多於amarula.海綿蛋糕濕潤,吸收了下面焦糖汁味道也未有大變化,令人有點失望.

最後Petits four有3款,先吃apricot shortbread,杏甫果醬酸酸的,跟甜甜酥酥牛油餅配在一起挺好吃,但那小小的餅甜度絕不可小覤.第二款是朱古力曲奇,是美式淋身的那種,味道尚可,但未能留下深刻印象.最後是Coconut Marshmallow,甜味是三款中最輕的,軟軟的外頭沾滿椰絲,用來伴咖啡應該挺不錯.

主理人熱情招待,店員也十分主動的作介紹,但也許是是晚款式不太合口味,沒有令人有Encore的欲望.走時在門口見到一個擺了商品的架,特價$10發售一般超市賣超出20元的DE CECCO意粉,再來的話,可能是想買意粉?

小杯cheese cake的presentation, 感覺新穎, 比起一般食譜的做法較方便, 亦可以容易達到好的效果, 非常聰明。而味道與一般的slice cake無異, raspberry不帶酸味, 女友很喜歡。

之後, 我們喝着花茶, 欣賞店員製作我們的main course。製作過程算不上複雜, 但每個細節都沒有馬虎。兩道好不吸引的main終於完成, 雖然我急不及待想盡快動手, 但我必先要幫這兩個"藝術品"拍下玉照。

女友點的Raspberry napoleon實在太好味, 份量剛好。Raspberry好新鮮, 這是我首次食到不酸而甜的原粒raspberry。特別一讚一層層的薄脆, 脆口之餘略帶甜味, 食過很多不同的napoleon, 這是最好的。或者是因為即製, 鬆脆度未被水份影響之前, 已經被消滅了。

我點的是Warm amarula cake with sour cream ice cream。底層放了一件muffin, 口感鬆軟, 不過沒甚香味。味淡的原因, 可能是因為旁邊的warm amarula。Amarula被muffin吸收後, 兩者混在一起的味道剛好。若再加上雪糕, 那又冷又熱的感覺的確令我精神為之一振。雪糕不是很突出, 但尚算香滑。配襯的香蕉, 先灑上砂糖, 再燒成焦糖, 單獨品嚐沒有問題, 但放在這裡則有點格格不入。莫非muffin其實是香蕉味?! 真食不出來。可能事前吃得太多, 食到一半, 已覺得很膩。若非有花茶作伴, 我認為不太可能吃完這道菜。

即使main course的膩已令我再無食慾, 難得到此一遊, 我再飽亦要試一試。
曲奇不香但鬆脆。Brownie頂層亦脆, 底層鬆化, 夠正宗, 如果可以加熱更好。棉花糖口感像蛋白, 不過個人不太喜歡。

埋單時, 店員在以法文在收據上寫上"多謝"和我的名字, 感覺很窩心。

先來的是amuse broche,這晚是melon sorbet,由大廚親自用小羹弄成幾個小圓球,賣相漂亮又仔細。這個雪芭味道非常天然,好像真的在吃哈蜜瓜一樣,不算太甜,但很清新,質感卻界乎雪芭和雪糕之間,比前者滑溜又比後者輕奶味,溶得快,所以要快手將它吃掉。

然後來的是Riquiqui Cheese Plate,有三款有濃有淡的芝士和幾種配菜。芝士有片狀的White Cheddar,偏甜的Cambemert和帶酥味的Goat Cheese,味道一般,羊奶芝士只是一般酥,Cambembert食味可以,但質素只是一般.反而最有驚喜的是看來最普通的車打芝士,味道帶恰到好處的咸香,放在餅乾上面吃,一軟一硬的口感非常好.碟上還有青蘋果薄片,果仁和figs compote,用來清新一下味蕾,也是可以的.

整體來說,這個芝士併盤很一般,從配料到芝士都是很安全和大路的選擇,沒有驚喜可言。

然後三個甜品主菜一併送上:我們順序從淡到濃的去逐個擊破。

首先吃的是之前在abc kitchen也吃過的pavolva.在這裡先談一點背景,這種甜品是以一名俄羅斯芭蕾舞蹈員命名,其實做法和常見的蛋白霜非常接近,都是將打發好的蛋的和糖、粟米糖漿等混合,再焗脆而成,吃之前再加上鮮忌廉和鮮果。

這裡的氣孔比較大一點,但最外層質感偏硬,中間的有點彈牙的像蛋糕;一切開外殼,裏面的蛋白糊快速流出。味道是濃郁的蛋白香,幾甜,但不至於甜得嗆喉。上面的鮮忌廉充滿雲尼拿香味,再上面則鋪有切半的紅莓和藍莓,新鮮又清甜,微微果酸味也可中和忌廉和蛋白霜的甜,整體來說是不錯的。但始終這個甜品是以空氣為raising agent,所以吃完會好像吃了朕風般,有點空虛...

第二濃的是Malt Chocolate Mousse Bar with Brownies,其實是麥提沙慕絲。賣相真的幾可愛,四四方方像一塊塊積木玩具!我們看着大廚先在碟上以朱古力醬畫花,再放上先做好的慕絲、brownies,即場燒脆一小片焦糖香蕉再放在上面,過程一絲不苟,真的有點像玩積木的感覺(笑)。

這個慕絲很幼滑,有一片薄脆襯底,兩者的質感正好成一對比。味道比樣子看來的偏甜不少,因為通常這種顏色的甜品都會用上高濃度的可可,但這個用的是麥提沙,自然會甜些。而從兩旁夾住的brownies質感是可以的,稍嫌不夠濕潤和太甜了,如果單食是可以的,但如果用來襯托已經夠甜的慕絲,就會甜上加甜,將甜品的甜curve拉得很高,如果是嗜甜如命者也許會喜歡,但如果想多一點層次感的就會覺得幾單調。

最後吃的是看起來最濃的Warm amarula cake with sourcream ice cream。好像欠了雪糕,但沒有人提醒過我們,但我們也完全沒有發現,所以我們也有部分責任吧..這個半圓形的深色蛋糕浸在褐色的暖焦糖汁中,上面有一點點脆脆和脆糖和,其實還應該有但缺席的雪糕。蛋糕質感是重一點和濕潤一點的海綿蛋糕,味道很隱晦地甜,酒味只是隱隱約約,就算加上焦糖汁也未見得很濃郁,也許加上酸雪糕,有兩極味道的互相衝擊,甜味會更加突出;如果只有甜酒作味道來源,實在單調,欠缺一點給力...

吃完三款甜品,最後就是結尾用的petit four了。這天有三款,全部都是自製的。

先吃apricot shortbread,素來對這種極重油酥味的英國小甜點能愛又恨,所以也有好一陣子沒吃了;這天的份量迷你所以吃得今人罪惡感減少,加上中間酸酸的杏甫醬,也減低了餅的酥膩感,很不錯!
第二款是迷你軟朱古力曲奇,其實很像mrs fields的出品不過沒那麼甜,質地也較軟,味道可以,不過是連我在家也焗得出的簡單款式,也欠缺點肉桂味,如果有的話將會更香!
最後的是椰絲棉花糖,味道和質感都和普通的綿花糖無異,清清淡淡的也可為甜上腦的一晚畫上一個比較平和的句號。

吃完,甜的味蕾是得到百份百的飽足,但別的都感覺有點空虛,肚子也不覺得有吃過甚麼東西,果然是不可以將甜品當正餐的,於是我們之後要再去下場..

話說回來,這裏的甜品賣相和味道都很精緻,不過有點偏甜。從前的我可能會喜歡這種一味只是甜的味道,但可能因早兩天才吃過一個充滿衝突的海鹽朱古力條,發現原來在甜品中加入多幾種味道,除了會感覺上比較豐富外,也可令甜味更加突出和立體。所以相比之下,獨沽一味地甜真的有點寡。

用二百元來吃一餐甜上加甜的套餐,感覺不太值。不過這次是用團購優惠價來作初嘗,所以也算抵吃的。而這優惠除了沒包括酒精飲品外,食物質素應該是和平時一樣的(除了雪糕?哈哈,純粹講笑),因為同場也有付正價的客人,吃的和我們的一樣,所以並未有將貨就價的情況。這樣計算的話,這次也可算是一個好的甜品經驗來的。但如果要我付正價(即是次的一倍價錢),則要視乎那天的甜品款式合不合心水了。

吃完,我們帶着還有點空虛的身體離開,開始尋找第二場的旅程..。

Toasted almond cake with honey-lavender ice cream: 烤杏仁蛋糕外脆內軟,杏仁味道香濃突出,亦有粒粒杏仁的口感,點上紅莓醬後更酸甜清爽。薰衣草雪糕融入了濃濃的花香,配上蜜糖的潤色,清新香甜,頗有大自然的氣息,只是同事嫌它有種護手霜的香味。

Petits four(應該是three才對…即coconut marshmallow, brownie & nuts raisin cookies): 款式上來講過於平凡了些,brownie綿軟偏甜,朱古力味雖不濃郁但也好吃;棉花糖則有很突出的椰子香;果仁曲奇沒有很濃厚的牛油香,反而偏重果仁提子的咬口與清香。

整體水準依然可圈可點,只可惜這天並不提供心儀的款式,下次造訪前可以提前兩三天打個電話以便作安排。來這裡怎麼吃也是享受,唯埋單的一剎那目光呆滯、荷包鬆懈,兩百大洋來一頓填不飽肚子的甜品大餐,可能只有我這種為了一嚐心儀的甜點,可以不買新衫放棄減肥的甜痴兒才會做得出來吧~

p.s.昨晚從食友口中得知錯過了這裡的團購coupon,實在是遺憾,誰叫我不是用『愛瘋』呢

the place is too packed and tiny with very little room to move.. all customers are mostly packed at the bar table.. only with one or two 2 persons tables lining along side...menu is written on a board with only 5 to 6 choices with no pricing and no description.. it is charging HKD100 to 200 bucks on a little dessert that didn't leave me with anything special...the owner and the servers there are nice in general.. the desserts are decent but it is really offering so little for that kind of price.

Petit Fours:最後一道甜品是Petit Fours,含小甜點三款。第一款是Coconut Marshmallow,味道和在酒樓吃的椰絲兔仔差不多。第二款是朱古力燕麥餅,口感帶點煙韌,甜美的朱古力碎粒與燕麥的味道交雜。第三款是Brownie,味道較濃,質感較實身,普普通通喇!
Macro-polo English Tea:吃完甜品,以芳香花茶作結亦是不錯選擇。店方有六款花茶供選擇,有濃有淡,有花香重的亦有有果香重的選擇。最後選了Macro-polo English Tea,味道較濃,側重果香,都不俗。

連加一$220一份三個course的甜品套餐,及後追加飲品一杯,差不多$300元結賬,感覺上真的有點貴,亦是此店未能給予「開飯之選」的原因。

今天胃口欠佳, 來吃甜品預祝自己生日。上次嘗過sift的拖肥巧克力蛋糕配雪糕, 餅身無味, 汁料是過甜的拖肥醬, 而且拖肥醬味道很假,毫不自然。二百元是包三款甜點及一杯飲品,中間那款是可以選擇的,每天不同。我今天點的是果味黑茶, 我覺得很好喝。Open kitchen讓我看到Amanda為我弄甜品的過程, 不過很多部份已經預先做好了,我看到的只是組合而已,她告訴我背後她早上做的其他功夫可多了。藍色調子的店子裡燈光非常幽暗, 餐牌雖然簡明, 但也因燈光而令人難以選擇了。頭盤是杯Rasberry荔枝雪葩奶凍, 我一向不喜歡外面的panna cotta,很厚重,這裡的出品卻令我喜歡上了, 柔滑奶凍令口感更濃厚富奶香, 香濃的奶油味配上酸酸的荔枝sorbet, 雪葩質感很輕柔, 整體配合得天依無縫。喝了一口甘甜的果茶, 主菜就出來了~! 今次又嘗這裡的拖肥巧克力蛋糕( Warm Amarula Cake )配雪糕, 雪糕口味放棄她們原定的酸忌廉味, 要求改成佰爵茶味。因為我一聽到有伯爵茶雪糕已經好感興趣, 怎知道它今天是配心太軟的, 於是我也冒著險把雪糕改味。唔, 可惜雪糕只有朱古力味,一點沒

今天早上打電話預約留位的時候提到十天後是我的生日, Amanda就用朱古力薄片, 加上白朱古力的字句, 點上蠟燭, 祝我生日快樂。蛋糕口感看似很結實,但其實一點不是, 巧克力味很濃,卻滲出淡淡酒味。蛋糕上面放了脆脆的餅塊, 一咬, 脆脆的餅塊滿滿的是香香濃濃的牛油味。溫熱的拖肥醬甜甜的, 溫度控製得好好,好好食。Amanda把一小段用沙糖燒過的蕉, 香蕉外邊有少少脆焦糖的口感。蛋糕本身朱古力也夠濃郁,唔會太漏, 甜度岩岩好, 不錯。食晒成件蛋糕都唔夠。真的好出色!
吃完甜品主菜,Amanda把最後一碟petit fours端出來。三款小甜點中,我最喜歡有少許巧克力醬的杏仁蛋糕, 因為我認為它濕潤鬆軟, 吃得出杏仁碎。杏桃醬曲奇亦算清脆動人, 頗精彩。但Coconut Marshmallow就不太好吃了, 椰絲太多喇~!
這頓3-course甜品當晚餐來吃還真的挺飽的, 而且在這怡人的環境下,與Amanda細談精緻法式甜品的做法,還聽得我新奇有趣~! 那樣, 每人$200的費用是非常合理的。Very memorable birthday~!

We started off with amuse bouche – banana cake with banana sorbet. I LOVE banana cake and Amanda’s banana cake was simply divine! It was moist and not too sweet. The banana sorbet was light and refreshing and a great compliment to the cake. The banana flavour was strong but not overpowering. I couldn’t go pass the flourless chocolate cake with sour cream sorbet. The chocolate cake was rich, soft and absolutely moist. It was fantastic. The sour cream sorbet was not overly sour, it was tasty and refreshing and a great compliment to the chocolate cake.
Last but not least – petit fours which were coconut marshmallow, apricot shortbread and almond financier. I love the apricot shortbread, but then again I love everything shortbread! Both the coconut marshmallow and almond financier were delightful.

This is my first time there! They provide 5 desserts there at that night. 1/ Chocolate cake + Chocolate Tea ice-creamI would say this cake is similar to the one at Maxim. Nothing special. The chocolate tea ice-cream is worth to try, as you can read from the title, there is a little bit tea in the ice-cream.I would say the chocolate fantasy at Sift is wayyyy better than this one.2/ Banana NapoleonIt's ok, again, nothing special which needs to describe.I would say the mango napoleon at Mimosa

This is my first time there! They provide 5 desserts there at that night.

The chocolate tea ice-cream is worth to try, as you can read from the title, there is a little bit tea in the ice-cream.
I would say the chocolate fantasy at Sift is wayyyy better than this one.
2/ Banana Napoleon
It's ok, again, nothing special which needs to describe.
I would say the mango napoleon at Mimosa or Bonheur is way better.
The 2 desserts above comes with 2 drinks which you can choose from soft drinks to dessert wine, 2 chocolate dipped cheese ball, and 6 pieces of pastry (you can get these everywhere).
Environment
The environment is cosy and warm. You can have a nice chat with friends there as it's pretty quiet there.
Service
I guess it's run by 3 girls. They are pretty friendly. Honestly, the service here is way better than Sift.
Conclusion
I won't visit again as it costs $200 for each person. I don't think the quality of the food is worth as much as $200. I would say $130 is the max.

Rasberry Napoleon︰
我喜歡外面的napoleon,很厚很多層那種,這裡的是用3塊pastry夾成的,沒有我喜歡那種多層的口感,而且吃起上來也很困難,非得要每層分解不可。rasberry可能不當季,有點酸。
chocolate ganache cake with chocolate-tea icecream︰看到menu我已經想吃了!waitress說chocolate-lover一定會喜歡。先不說那個ganache 很rich而且口感很結實,almost brownie like,那個icecream是 earl grey tea+chocolate味的,配合得天依無繨,這是一個我從來沒有想過到組合呢!earl grey tea味很濃,卻滲出淡淡chococlate味,The best dish of the night!

Lemon Tart with coconut icecream,想不到的是那個lemon tart的fillings是軟身的,味道很清新!!coconut icecream很滑椰子味也很重!
Strawberry shortcake with Jasmine Green Tea icecream,我很喜歡short cake,很鬆脆,吃過前面兩道icecream之後,這個已無驚喜,可能是外面也吃到green tea味icecream吧。

Last course 是小蛋糕盤,下面是2人份量的︰
Square cube is mashmallow,外沾椰絲,沒什麼特別。另外有blueberry的是almond cake,很香杏仁味!還有果沾餡的cookie。
