The food here itself is quite good. Caters a lot, apparently, to westerners, but keeps its flavour authentic and is a nice change to many of the other sichuan joints in Hong Kong - clearly shows that in the food perspective, it deserves its Michelin recommendation.

What I wouldn't recommend, though, is going on a Friday or Saturday, since apparently using booking services online (trusted, btw) are not accurate. With less than two hours to go before the dining time, we were told our reservation was going to be cancelled because they were "booked for the night". I've been here on walk-ins before and did not have this issue. Guess the guy at the door didn't know manners still existed in this day and age.

Go to the Wan Chai branch.

Very nice dining experience where you can enjoy a large view of Victoria harbour. The food are delicious. Most of them are Sichuan style spicy chinese food but you can order less spicy if you wish. The staff could speak good english. They provided good suggestion of dishes and recommended appropriate portion size for us. They are very helpful and make our Father’s day happier than our expectation. Highly recommended to all the eaters。

I arrived 15 minutes late at 7:15, the restaurant was still empty, but the staff were attentive and sat me down by the window of the 20th floor restaurant. She was running late, too. The complimentary appetizers were brought out: Beans, lotus root and some other unidentifiable vegetable. I order an Old Fashion and pick at the starters. 7:45, I assure the staff that I haven't been stood up and head up to the rooftop bar and order another drink. I receive a message replete with apologies, saying that she was waiting in line for a taxi. The rooftop bar, perched behind the Peninsula faces Victoria Harbour is a lovely spot. I was that guy, drinking cocktails alone on a Friday night.

8:15, she arrives, clearly flustered she orders a Cosmopolitan. The Old Fashions have gone down a treat; I was mildly tipsy as the city lights blurred in and out of focus. We moved back downstairs and returned to a single-seated table; the wait staff had presumably given away my +1 seat. We ordered the Chilli Oil Wontons, the Deep fried sliced chicken Chongqing Style, the Mandarin fish fillet in chilli oil soup and the seasonal vegetables. Just the right amount of spice and warmth.

Never know that Prince Tower got so many restaurants and due to curiosity so choose this Si Chun restaurant and give it a try!

First step in for sure is attracted by the view and the deco - a fusion of traditional & modern!

We are glad to be arranged by a great view seating and also today weather is really good!

We have ordered Flaky Scallion Pancake (手抓餅)(a bit oily but taste really good) & spicy dumpling (龍抄手) as appetizer. Then for main course we ordered Golden Prawn (salted egg deep fried prawn) which is so delicious! Also spicy beef (beef is so tender even that is deep fried and not too spicy). Last but not least the pork ribs!

For dessert we ordered the Chinese soufflé with red bean paste (高力豆沙)

We also ordered their mocktail Yusu Cooler & Sichun Cooler which are so refreshing!

Restaurant also got a rooftop bar which is good for gathering and seeing firework!

Service is good especially the manager I should ask for his name .....he is super friendly & helpful!

Highly recommend this restaurant!

如果不是近年多了內地人來香港,「湘」、「川」菜也許只是小道菜色。 老實講,90年代初,深圳已出現大量麻辣燙的小店,之後陸續出現的乾鍋及麻辣火鍋,都是成行成市,香港不是沒有,但店主往往怕痕又怕痛,自作聰明,減辣之餘又改東改西,變得不倫不類。 多年下來,香港終於多了班愛辣的朋友,而餐廳亦開始主打正宗口味。 QI原先在灣仔開業,後來在尖沙咀開設新店,環境更開揚,氣氛一流。 幸好身邊有班嚐辣的朋友,既然相約到,當然不能錯過。 Sichuan Cooler 以益力多加入荔枝水、雪碧及荔枝肉,清甜冰凍,用來解辣一流。 龍抄手 令人想起紅油抄手,辣度只是一般,反而雲吞皮薄滑溜,不錯。 口水雞 大量的椒粒及辣油蓋過雞面,用的是雞髀位,肉質依然嫩滑,但雞味都給蓋過了。 川辣雞翼 完全給辣椒粉蓋過,咬落香脆,又有辛勁,用啱呷啤酒時食。 生菜包 由於生菜有減辣的作用,所以先後order了好幾次,用來包裹辣肉碎是啱啱好,外層清爽而內裡辛辣。 霸王辣蝦 整晚菜色中,辣度最澎湃的一道菜,奉勸一句,吃之前把沾上蝦身的多餘物掃走,還是可以接受的,論質地,蝦肉仍保留了爽彈口感,喜歡勁辣的朋友真是

生菜包

由於生菜有減辣的作用,所以先後order了好幾次,用來包裹辣肉碎是啱啱好,外層清爽而內裡辛辣。

霸王辣蝦

整晚菜色中,辣度最澎湃的一道菜,奉勸一句,吃之前把沾上蝦身的多餘物掃走,還是可以接受的,論質地,蝦肉仍保留了爽彈口感,喜歡勁辣的朋友真是一個上佳選擇。

油潑香水魚

其實即是水煮魚,用的是桂花魚,望見鍋面大量的辣油及乾椒,賣相相當對辦,魚片燙得細緻嫩滑,但個人最喜歡的,還是置底的紅薯粉,煙韌彈滑,沾了辣汁更是香麻入味,超好味。

孜然豬仔骨

又是一道超熱氣出品,未放入口已感到一陣辣氣,外層佈滿了辣粉,啖啖肉時,可以汗流浹背,真過癮。

高力豆沙

吃太多辣,還是來點甜品中和一下,但高力豆沙欠了混圓的賣相,砂糖灑得不夠平均,個人還是喜歡土瓜灣老店美華的出品。

豆沙鍋餅

算是改良版吧!因為外屠不太脆口,而且配上抹茶雪糕,有點怪怪的。

整體而言,甜品還是有改進的空間,但在辣度上已經摒棄香港人口味的包袱,跟內地是不遑多讓,而賣相感覺上偏向外國人的角度,或許是在辣界殺出血路的成功因素。

哩楝太子集團中心大廈應該係重新再新裝條, 現時我見只得兩間餐廳, 我估哩度會成為尖沙咀另一楝專"搵食"既大廈!朋友話想食川菜辣野, 佢地就楝左哩間, 聽聞係米芝連推介, 其實係我心中, 我覺得米芝連推介既餐廳, 未必係一定好食, 人家都係聽個名就去試, 但今次係朋友仔佢地話事, 所以我都冇異議....一入到去, 環境已經一流, 高高在上, 冇遮擋, 可以望到尖沙咀海旁那邊! 夫妻肺片, 通常食川菜都必叫, 夠辣, 跟住同出面食既分別不大素春卷, 一般, 冇特別, 唔知入面包左啲乜野, 食落帶有少許辣, 炸得夠脆身豆酥炸魷魚, 少許辣, 魷魚唔會話炸到好乾身, 但係味道唔太夠手抓餅, 一上枱....覺得咁濃既, 同其他人POST 上去既相唔同既, 我地話應該係炸濃左, 可能因為炸過, 所以香口, 如果帶返少許蔥, 可能會更香, 但係好油....叫左杯 Sichuan Cooler Mocktail, 有荔枝+SPRITE, 好似汽水咁, 甜甜地, 都可以解下辣 擔擔麵, 我唔覺得辣, 唔夠花生味, 但係啲麵條夠彈牙, 都唔錯!孜然豬仔骨 (三支), 落ORDER 時, 待應問我地要唔要減

甜品: 豆沙鍋餅配雪糕 ($108), 其實我覺得配個雪糕係有種畫龍點睛既感覺, 一啲都唔配搭, 可能配多一球雪糕又可以多收 $40-50, 雪糕普通貨仔既士多啤梨雪糕, 好奶, 麻麻...反而個豆沙鍋餅個皮做得唔錯, 有少少"煙靭", 有啲咬口, 好味...豆沙個餡亦唔太甜, 適中!
