I have been here on a number of occasions, mostly before they changed staff hands. It also sort of irritates me that I need to write this since it's one of my favourite restaurants in Hong Kong, but their handling of reservations is seriously stone-age. The food here itself is quite good. Caters a lot, apparently, to westerners, but keeps its flavour authentic and is a nice change to many of the other sichuan joints in Hong Kong - clearly shows that in the food perspective, it deserves its Miche

What I wouldn't recommend, though, is going on a Friday or Saturday, since apparently using booking services online (trusted, btw) are not accurate. With less than two hours to go before the dining time, we were told our reservation was going to be cancelled because they were "booked for the night". I've been here on walk-ins before and did not have this issue. Guess the guy at the door didn't know manners still existed in this day and age.
