🥂 前菜就赢了!
鸡肝酱 (Fegatini):这个必点!慕斯般细腻的口感,浓郁得恰到好处的鸡肝香,带点酒香和甜味,抹在脆脆的面包片上,一口下去超满足!这道前菜真的奠定了整餐的幸福感。
🥩慢煮牛肉 (Vitello Tonnato):这道很经典。薄薄的慢煮牛肉片超级软嫩,裹上丝滑的金枪鱼酱,咸鲜中带着微妙的香气,上面点缀的刺山柑带来一点酸酸的明亮感,层次丰富又清爽。是那种会让人想念的味道。
主菜也毫不逊色:
鳕鱼🐟Zuppetta di Pesce:海鲜酱汁超级浓郁鲜美,能吃到黑鳕鱼的嫩滑,每一口都裹满酱汁。旁边搭配的烤酸面包片绝对是点睛之笔,蘸着酱汁吃绝了!

提拉米苏 (Tiramisù):他们家的提拉米苏是 桌边现舀的!看着服务员从大盆里挖出来装盘,感觉特别有仪式感。味道也很正,咖啡酒香、马斯卡彭的浓郁、手指饼干的湿润,比例刚刚好,不会太甜腻。完美的甜蜜句点。
🍹小酌一杯:
试了 **柠檬利口酒 (Lemon Spritz),非常清爽解腻,很适合夏天或者搭配前菜。
总结一下
Primo Posto 给我的感觉就是 地道、用心、温暖。没有花哨的噱头,就是踏踏实实做好吃的意大利家常风味。从惊艳的鸡肝酱到桌边的提拉米苏,每道菜都能感受到厨师的诚意。环境舒服,适合朋友小聚或者想安安静静吃顿好饭的时候。已经默默列入我的“还会再来”清单了!🥰
