昨天晚上，我們一家人到奧海城Outback食晚餐。整體來講餐廳裏的職員態度好有問題。我哋明明order咗shiraz 紅酒，但係唔知點解出到嚟變咗House red。一位年青的waiter 跟我們說是house red。但是之後又有位經理同我哋講係Shiraz。由於我們杯酒出的時候已經放在玻璃瓶裏，我們沒有看到酒樽的label。但是我們杯酒其實都接近$90一杯，我們從來未有試過喺其他餐廳不是拿出整支酒瓶倒出來。但是經理堅持，我們最後只是算吧。另外一位不太年青的女Waitress，態度亦很有問題。當我們想叫她跟一跟我們等了很久的東西，她完全沒有意思幫我們跟單，只是給我們很敷衍的回應。我們當晚消費千幾蚊，收到這樣的服務覺得很奇怪。如果香港人嘅服務態度该走是這樣，相信香港服務行業及旅遊業很快便會玩完。

The Toowoomba Topped USDA Wagyu Sirloin, ordered medium-well, stole the spotlight with its succulent flavour 🥩. Served alongside fresh seasonal veggies and sweet potato, the dish showcased the high-quality Wagyu beef without overshadowing its natural taste 🥦🍠. The USDA Ribeye and Baby Back Ribs Combo, also cooked medium-well, featured well-seasoned ribs paired with fries and a loaded baked potato 🍟🥔. While satisfying, it didn’t quite reach the same level as the Wagyu sirloin. Seafood enthusiasts in the family were pleased with the seafood spaghetti, a delightful medley of flavours with a well-balanced seafood-to-pasta ratio. The dish included seafoods like shrimps, mussels, scallops, etc 🍤🦪. For beverages, we ordered apple juice and orange juice, providing a refreshing contrast to the savoury fare 🍹🍹. Overall, the dining experience was enjoyable, and the Toowoomba Topped USDA Wagyu Sirloin emerged as the standout 🥰.

原本都唔想写✍️但系又唔想大家中伏我地去Outback应该都系为左个黑糖面包，价钱又唔系平，过来都为左开心，之前试过其他间，都系热面包，唔知系咪因为系冬天❄️竟然系度食到食物全部冇温度🌡️D面包我地都食左一半摆系度，食唔落口加埋D服务员都好似系某个茶餐厅请过来既朋友，换位比你都黑口黑面。香港真系唔应该有最低人工，小朋友全部送去其他地方学礼貌行为，如果唔系就来玩完边个受虐狂锺意过来睇我地表演冇嘢玩冇嘢买冇礼貌，真系好担心

啱啱喺呢間店試咗個探險家肉食拼盤套餐，真係要話你知，份量實在夠晒霸氣⚔️！頭盤凱撒沙律嘅菜脆生生，黑糖麵包暖笠笠咬落去又軟又甜🍞！重點來到啦，嘅煙燻味香得令我垂涎三尺，個表面煎得金黃色，啖啖肉啫！啲薯條同埋芝士腸呢，炸得外脆內軟，啖啖香脆嘅口感，真係掂晒🍟！但話時話，個牛排同羊架都真係同那個粒粒熱情不羈的美國帶子白汁燴飯🐚一樣，足以令人一試仲想再試，啲肉質嫩滑，汁香美味無窮。豬鞍就有啲失色，咬落去似啃橡皮，要努力咀嚼好一陣子。至於點心，唔使多講，朱古力tower同果芝士蛋糕，每一啖都係滿載驚喜嘅終極味覺盛宴啊⭐️！環境方面，美式鄉村風，舒服又得意，就係有啲嘈。服務唔係幾積極，餐具都要催幾遍先到，咁就有啲掃興。總結啦，呢度食物都算爽口，尤其是嗰個燴飯，店員服務態度要加把勁，但整體來講，食下肉同歎下場景，都算係一個幾可以嘅選擇啦！👍🏼

呢間餐廳，真係有啲嘢值得一讚，心情瞬間好哂🌟！沙律爽口，個香滑嘅蕃茄龍蝦湯真係出色，淋上咗少少cream，酸酸甜甜開胃得嚟又唔膩。主菜個Ribs真係一絕，肉質嘅嫩滑加上啲BBQ醬滲透晒入肉度，雞同海鮮意粉都算晒協調，唔會覺得太豐富或者過於單一。至於枱上果碟鮮果芝士餅，真係每次嚟呢度都唔可以唔攞嚟嘆嘅！仲有個驚喜，「素食漢堡」，啖啖肉感嚟又唔失健康，呢個真係值得讚下。料理方面嘅細節做得好，服務都欣喜若狂，侍應每次過嚟都細心詢問需要啲咩，令呢次體驗加晒分👍！總括講，今日食得開心又滿足，而個環境氣氛都幾寫意，同朋友歎頓飯嘅好地方。下次再黎，一定要試埋其他菜式！🍽️🤤🍰
