假日約了朋友去海邊吃午餐,選了這間餐廳。戶外座位很多,皆可看到海景。餐廳同時提供泰菜及意大利菜,可以一起點選泰餐和西餐。泰式奶茶茶香濃郁,與奶混合後呈現順滑口感,甜度適中和不會膩人,能保持清涼感而不沖淡茶味。適合搭配辛辣菜餚,解辣又提神。凱撒沙律則以新鮮沙律菜為基底,葉片爽脆無生澀感,凱撒醬調味濃厚,蒜香與奶酪味平衡出色。麵包粒烤得酥脆,與少量煙肉碎一同入口,層次豐富,整體比例拿捏得宜。新鮮法國生蠔選用法國名蠔芬迪奇生蠔Fine de Claire oyster,擺盤冰鎮得宜,擁有修長的薄殼,蠔肉飽滿有透明感,散發自然海水鹹香,肉質鮮甜滑嫩,彈性爽口。滴上幾滴檸檬汁後,風味更加清新,餘韻帶點微妙的礦物氣息。西班牙乳豬皮層焦脆誘人,切開時發出清脆聲響,肉質軟嫩,油脂分布均勻,入口實中帶嫩。搭配一旁的芥末醬,調和豬肉的濃厚風味,不論口感或香氣皆屬上乘。九層塔辣炒雞肉碎香氣撲鼻,九層塔的辛香與辣椒融合得當,雞肉碎炒得乾身不油,醬汁鹹香適中,十分下飯。煎蛋邊緣香脆,中間蛋黃呈半熟狀態,戳破後與辣雞肉拌飯一同入口,層次豐富,辣中帶蛋香,是整體最具「家常豪華感」的一道。芒果糯米飯則展現泰式甜品的魅力,帶着斑蘭葉香的糯米飯口感煙韌濕潤,椰漿濃郁但不膩,搭配香甜多汁的熟芒果,冷熱交融,甜而不俗。開心果蛋糕外型精緻,內裏蛋糕體濕潤不乾,帶有天然堅果香氣。開心果碎點綴其上,增添口感脆度。蛋糕輕盈柔滑,甜度恰好,沒有壓過開心果的自然風味,是一道清新不過分甜膩的收尾選擇。
