A Modern Ramen and Izakaya Restaurant
This restaurant is helmed by two chefs with more than 20 years of experience. Niju aims to follow 20 rules (including 5 flavours, 5 colours, 5 cooking ways and 5 attitudes) to cook the ramen and izakaya dishes. All the dishes are served with exquisite plating, which is a bit Western-style. The restaurant is designed with the morphology of bamboo, with the 'Japan blue' of Indigo Dyeing as the theme colour. It demonstrates Artisan's concentration; the crucial Japanese spirit inherits from tradition to contemporary. Besides, the Japanese bamboo-style bar and seats let you enjoy interacting with chefs and tasting good foods and alcoholic beverages with friends.

今次呢間拉麵小店真係好似隱藏人物咁,位於鰂魚涌站,亦非太古坊範圍,好少人會留意到。店子小小,座位不多,沒預約有機會要等位。主打拉麵類,又有其他豐富既套餐。雪酒拉麵以招牌雞濃湯湯底加入日本清酒,組合充滿新鮮感,味道調好,唔駛怕食拉麵變飲酒。魷魚一夜干燒得好到位,不會柴口。相信拉麵控會有驚喜。最經濟係”王室之食事”,有齊刺身丼、拉麵、創作料理同甜品,好抵食。跟餐沙律可選沙律菜或者芥末螺肉;刺熟成白身魚生丼內有幾種魚生;然後再來一碗麵食;仲有薰衣草漬牡蠣。咁抵食既套餐仲有和菓子做甜品,相信都冇咩好投訴。 continue reading

放工向鰂魚涌方向發掘小店,路過「二十道𝐍𝐢𝐣𝐮」,記得呢間小店有foodie介紹過,就去試吓~ 入去冇耐,鐵飯腳就覺得呢度有個有種福岡屋台嘅味道,去過嘅大家覺得呢?➿ 有馬山椒蜆肉手卷 ($48)係期間限定嘅手卷,用上有馬嘅山椒粒作為主要嘅調味,有山椒獨有嘅香味而帶點微微嘅辣度~ 蜆肉新鮮鮮甜,經烹煮後,依然保留到蜆肉爽脆嘅口感👍🏼➿ 西班牙白豚肉(雞濃湯拉麵) ($78)呢碗拉麵好有fusion嘅元素,亦都令我呢個少食拉麵嘅人刮目相看🍜 湯頭用上農舍雞、帆立貝、沙甸魚乾、野菜熬製而成,雞湯味道濃厚而清甜,會想飲完一啖又一啖~ 見唔到傳統嘅叉燒,而係用用西京味噌醃漬嘅豚肉取代🐖 白豚肉油脂分布平均,肉質頗嫩~ 配料亦都改用意大利青瓜、蘆筍、車厘茄取代,整體唔覺得有違和感,反而係覺得幾清新~➿ 熟成刺身丼 ($98)刺身丼配料都相當新鮮,特別喜歡鮮甜嘅帆立貝☺️ 熟成油甘魚都不錯,加埋玉子燒粒粒,整體口感豐富,鮮味滿滿~🌟店舖座位唔多,想試的話記得book位啊😀 continue reading
